I ordered a number 7 no bacon i got the order it was disgusting my top and bottom bun was saturated in the sauce my bun was so soggy had bacon on it not to mention I tried to order a Reese blizzard they were out so I went to oreo the were out so I tried banana split outta bananas . I ordered my son a 4 PC basket with Buffalo they gave him blue cheese. We didn’t notice this until we got home. I went back to get a better burger and THE manager took my burger and told me to pull up it was less than a minute and she was bringing it out . Once I got home I went to eat my burger it was the exact same burger just no bacon and my bottom bun had a finger hole from where they stuck there finger in my bun. I hate this dairy queen I don’t complain about much buy for them to disrespectful give me the same burger back what kind of manager are you!! I will be calling corporate that burger is 12$ . This is the worst experience I’ve ever had.i would rate no stars

Ordered two 6 piece chicken baskets , fries well done , and this is the box I received. Both look the same. Fries old and soggy , definitely not well done. And the fries itself is like a small fry! I’ve tried many times in hopes to be better but I’ll start going to the other one down Dixie in valley before I ever go to this one again

Went to buy one hot fudge sunday and I had to leave. We received 0 service from the employees. The person at the window taking orders for the drive -thru said she was the only one working both counter and drive-thru so she could not attend the counter until there was no customers coming through their drive-thru.

⚠️The toast tasted like lemon scented Clorox and burned my mouth pretty bad. I accidentally gave a piece of chicken from the same box to my dog before I noticed, she was hesitant to eat it. Couldn’t figure out why until I tasted the bread. My dog is showing signs of skin and mouth irritation. This has been an awful experience for us both. Love dq tender baskets but can’t say I’ll ever be back after this catastrophe.

When I received my order at the drive thru, it was incorrect. Went inside to have it corrected, along with several others that had similar issues. Management did give me the rest of the order, but was making smart remarks. The ordeal took 20ish min. and had cold food, with a melted blizzard.

The valley view men meet here on Saturdays for breakfast and a quick word plus the ladys in there work hard and make sure the coffee is always fresh the atmosphere is always inviting and they table check everyone in the lobby areas such a great dairy queen location. Thanks to all that work hard here.

I’ve ordered here plenty of times and I’m not pleased this go around with how it was filled. These are supposed to be larges, both vertical and horizontal fill wasn’t meeting standards what so ever. The photos were taken moments after. Just wasn’t in the mood today to go back to talk about the order.

I went to this location for breakfast and was told they do not have any eggs. This was at 10 am on a Saturday. Disappointing.

UPDATE: I returned to this location 4 months later. I can’t make this up. This is the sign that was posted at the drive-thru. “ICE CREAM MACHINE IS BROKEN: NO BUNS”
This location is being poorly managed. There is no other explanation. This location just needs to be shut down.
How can they afford to keep the lights on? What can they sell without a bun? Why is the ice cream machine broken?
Your business is named “Dairy Queen,” not “We don’t have that.”
AVOID THE DISAPPOINTMENT AND HASSLE CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCATION!

Placed a mobile order. When I arrived, the order brought out was incorrect. I mentioned this, the lady checked, and that was the only mobile order they had. I pulled up the receipt, and it was the correct location. She offered to get the manager, but I work third shift, and after waiting 30 minutes in the line, I couldnt spare the time, I had to get home to sleep for a few hours before work. I would appreciate a refund or a remake.

I ordered 2 blizzards and a 6 piece chicken basket from the App. I went through the drive-thru to pick up. I was handed the 2 blizzards and was told to pull off to the side and they will bring me the chicken basket. I waited for 20 minutes and went into the store to ask when it will be ready. It was just sitting on the counter. No one ever brought it out to me. I was home 5 minutes latter and the Blizzards were almost thawed out and the chicken was cold. Horrible service.
