Unique wine tasting experience with fantastic shareables! The charcuterie plate is divine and the opportunity to try different wines based on self service is a great experience. Atmosphere is relaxed and conducive to relaxed conversation. Stop by and try them when you have time to enjoy!

Both Paula and Tony were friendly and informative. They were both very welcoming of my sister and I, who were just traveling through. Paula very patiently explained their system and how things worked. The wine was great and we loved the music that they were playing as well. This is a perfect place to sit and relax with people and just enjoy wine and conversation.

What an amazing concept and definitely needed in Hayden, got to meet the owner and his bride, such kind people. Super clean, chill, relaxed environment!! Looks small from the road, but plenty of space for friends, groups, parties to spread out, the bar is especially nice!! Check it out, you wont be disappointed, best of luck to this amazing concept!

We have been here a few times and every visit we are treated so well. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Excellent selections for wine, beer, and liquor. Accommodations were made for our charcuterie board to be gluten free.

Husband and I love to go to uncorked! Their wine club tasting has such a great variety of options for any pallet. Tony always educates what each wine is! The food wine pairing dinners are always so special and delicious! The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff always makes you feel welcome. Holly and Joe have brought a great business to Hayden and we are grateful to have a close by home place to go that is classy and sophisticated!
