This McDonald’s are helping me a lot with My trip. I went there to use their wifi and surrounded with lots of islands citizens. Very Rich island and full of rich people who are living among the poor people too.

This is an almost $11. meal at Keaau McDonalds. I do not eat this kind of food very often and this confirms to me to stay away. Look at how lousy and unappealing the food is. Service was just ok, not really interested in being friendly.

This McDonald’s always has issues. They make you park to wait for food even if the attendant is walking outside as I’m parking. If you ask for extra sauce, which isn’t free, they won’t put it on.

been going here since young kid days and never once was satisfied with their service but their the closest. just got a spicy mc crispy and it’s like a child put this together. my patty hanging out the bun sauce all over, my buns looked like someone sat on it, smh. it aint hard to do a better job !!. this place never had any sort of good service. photo is how it came just top bun off

Absolutely rock hard fries. Completely inedible. Out of 4 meals this is what was too hard to eat. One member of the family doesn’t have teeth and couldn’t eat any fries.
Service was slow and several menu items weren’t available. Must order on the kiosk and pay at the counter. The prices on the kiosk are more than what’s on the mobile app. Expect at least 30 to 45 minutes to receive your order.

Not too bad for a McDonald’s, I guess. Prices were not as bad as I expected for Hawaii. Minus a star for being stingy with drinks and condiments, and actually charging for more than the allotted amount of mcnugget sauce.

This restaurant skimps at every possible opportunity. The employees are uninterested and mechanical. On my last visit I got a “Iced Coffee”, I counted 6 ice cubes, this is consistent at this store. I could go on but quite frankly it would be a waste of time

Food was tasty but the buns were a little old it seemed.
Updated: After review was posted McDonald’s reached out to me to ask more questions. They then offered to replace the entire meal. I was not looking for this to happen so was pleasantly surprised. The replacement meal was much better and what I expected. Thanks McDonald’s!

Mostly good service here, however the clerk was being petty about not filling the Carmel frappe fully because even after I requested they fix their mistake, their explanation was”you asked for no whip cream, that’s usually where the whip cream goes.” First management took away the dome lids and now they charge more for coffee, and then they don’t fill the cups all the way? McDonald’s managers should work on that issue, service shouldn’t be so penny pinching. That’s my review, thanks for seeing me.
