Update: 06/18/23 This McDonalds is the worst place EVER. I spent $73.00 on my order. They forgot my 20 piece chicken nuggets. So I called to let them know them they forgot my chicken nuggets and the guy told me that I should go eat at another restaurant!!!!! And hanged up the phone on me. WOW. I got so upset I went down to Keaau McDonalds and went to talk to the manager. She did NOTHING. I even showed her the guy that answered the phone he did not want to show me his name tag and hid in the back when I confronted him. She did not apologize for the guy rudely hanging up on me!. Or even getting my order wrong. If this is how McDonald’s train there employees then I just don’t know what to say. Yes at the end of the day I got my husband’s nuggets a little too late. But point fact being this McDonalds has no customer service and that guy needs to get FIRED the manager too. Never going there again. Oh and happy Father’s Day.

No idea why anyone goes to this location. The shake machine is always broken, but the still try to sell them. My last time ever going there. Only 1/2 my fries & the burger had half a jar of mayo on it & all.of it was cold & inedible. At least I got a refund on the shake, so I only wasted $6. Wish I could give negative stars, 1 is too many.
