Honestly the worst fast food place in Lebanon. I’ve been multiple times and I am disappointed every time, I love DQ chicken strip baskets but this particular location can never do it right. The “toast” is also soggy and honestly more like bread, the fries are also cold and soggy. I can put all this aside but I just can’t deal with the fact I’m always charged for a large drink but never receive one, the fact my wife never gets her tossed tender but you best believe I’m always charged. At this point they should just close down and let another food place take there place.

The food was ok. My second time eating here. Both times we ate inside. The tray my food was delivered in was dirty. The person, her name is Stacy did not listen to me when I ordered and was border line rude when I reminded her about the second drink I ordered. Btw 2.99 for a large durink is ridiculous. She did not say thank you until I said you’re welcome to her.

I have eaten there 4 times now, at different times of the day. Mid-afternoon a couple days after they opened, they were really busy & a bit overwhelmed. But service has gotten better. The food is good, & they have a working ice cream machine. I especially like their Breakfast Bowls with eggs & hash browns & lots of cheese & your choice of ham, sausage or bacon & topped with gravy or salsa. Very filling. And for you seniors, Dairy Queen does have a Senior Discount. I am glad that they are in Lebanon, & I will keep eating there.

Made a big family order about a week ago. Only got about half of it, and the half we got was completely wrong. I called, they took down my info and said they would honor the order. I go today to pick up said honored meal. I give my name and info and was originally offered a 4 piece tender basket to make up for the entire family meal. When I asked that the order be honored as it originally was, I was told to come back in the morning and speak to a gm. I politely said i wont be back. At that point I was literally laughed at, so, i drove off. Without getting rude or mean. I had my little girl with me. The way I was treated was disgusting. And it was done in front of my child. Unbelievable.

Every time I’m here it’s terrible. They gave me no bag, no fork, no napkins, for my bbq chicken strip basket. No ranch. Also I ordered a 6 pc and got a 4 piece. Oh wait, no receipt either. They handed it to me out the window with bbq all over it. $15 for that and a large drink. Terrible lol

My wife & I keep it simple & get small sundaes, hot fudge for my wife & caramel for me. We always argue (humorously) about whether it’s pronounced carmul or cara-mul. At one DQ we went to, we ordered the usual & were in our usual back & forth about carmul vs cara-mul when the young man preparing our sundaes announced, “Sir, your car-mell sundee is ready.”
