We visited Oceano Sushi & Asian Fusion and enjoyed a pleasant experience overall. The sushi was fresh and beautifully prepared, and the miso soup was delicious. The fried rice was just okay, but the friendly service made up for it. Prices are a bit on the higher side for the portion sizes and location, and the food did take a little longer to arrive than expected — especially since we were the only guests at the time. Still, it’s a nice spot with warm hospitality and fresh flavors.

Update: 7/1 – For those that are leaving negative reviews because they don’t offer dine in yet, please stop. They are working on hiring folks. Ordered the double rainbow roll and pink lady roll – very good
Came here and the sushi is just as lovely as it was the last time I was here.
Prior review: The food here is great! I was impressed with the portion sizes. We got here early so we were one of only 2 people in the restaurant. Presentation of the food was really nice too. The tuna in the sushi was great! We will be back.

The best sushi in the area! The staff is always wonderful, and the good is great; from the presentation, to the flavors, to the generous portions. We keep returning regularly after more than 6 years and have never had a sub-par visit.

Excellent service, the waitresses are lovely, and the entire staff is very friendly. The best seafood I’ve ever had, 1000/10, 100 stars, highly recommended, and affordable.

Our exceedingly attentive waiter was polite, and friendly.
The decor and atmosphere are clean, and modern, yet warm and comfortable.
I enjoyed the Chirashi and the Blossom Roll immensely. Further, the presentation was Art; so beautiful, I was hesitant to dig in. Even the tea was lovely: a wonderfully aromatic blooming tea.
On subsequent visits, we’ve discovered that the Dragon Balls are not to be missed. We also really enjoy the Seattle Roll, and the Ceviche Roll.

Can’t believe we just now found this sushi place on the corner of Bothell Everett HWY and 180th in the little strip mall where that small casino is. This sushi restaurant is in our top 3 for sure! Oceano has a great selection of sushi to choose from, and they definitely follow an ocean theme with cute decorations of sea shells and hand painted wall art all the way down to serving your sushi on a darling wooden ship. Their sushi was rolled nice and tight, the saki was good, the restaurant staff was very attentive and kind. We will definitely be coming back here again. You should too!

I’ve been coming to Oceano Sushi for over 11 years, and it’s truly one of my favorite spots in Bothell. The sushi is always fresh and creative — I love the way they do their fusion dishes, blending flavors in a way that feels both unique and authentic. What really sets them apart, though, is how warmly they treat their customers. As a long-time guest, I’ve always felt welcomed and appreciated here. The service is consistently kind and attentive, and it’s clear they value their regulars. If you’re looking for great sushi with a personal touch, Oceano is the place to go!

New Go to sushi spot for our friends who live in Bothell. This place really is fresh and delicious. Enjoyed the lava roll, pink lady roll, hamachi, and much more! Highly recommend the lava roll as it was my favorite. Ordered sashimi and that was also very fresh. Ordered nigiri and those were very thickly sliced and very well portioned. The ambiance is a little dark. But nothing is taken away from the food and flavors. Rating this a 4 star location because my water glass went empty twice and I had to wave down the waitress after waiting for her to come by. The table had no soy sauce. The restaurant has no kimchee sauce. No full bar. Miso soup is on the saltier side for my liking. Presentation was exceptional. We will be going back if we visit the area again.
