Most of the time I go in for a cake the employees are decent. But this past weekend, I went in for my birthday cake, and the lady who checked me out was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!! I had my 10 year old with me, and he was trying to decide between 2 flavors. She was rolling her eyes and throwing her hands on her hips with frustration because my son took a minute of her time trying to decide flavors!!! It didn’t take him longer than a minute to decide what he wanted, but that was a minute too long for her!! What’s even worse is she’s a manager!!!! I think I’ll go somewhere else where they appreciate my business!! Especially when you’re spending $50 on a large cake and 5 blizzards!!!! Her behavior was unacceptable!! @Dairy Queen Columbia Tennessee.

Go to get lunch and they were closed. Online said they were open. No signs at the door or drive thru. This happens all the time. We normally have good service and the food is good but they need to start posting signs on the doors and outside saying they are closed. They could easily put a chain at the drive thru saying they are closed.

Absolutely worst service ever at Dairy Queen. When I was finally waited on I ordered a single patty cheeseburger with only lettuce, tomato and onion. I got one with ketchup and mustard added to the other items I ordered. Then it took 9 minutes to get 2nd burger with the end piece of a tomato on it. The burger and fries were cold. The two workers were in the kitchen laughing about the way I wanted my burger. I’ll never visit this location again.

Almost every time I have gone to this Dairy Queen, I have been disappointed. The latest visit, I ordered two large sundaes. They gave me two medium ones and when I questioned why they were not large the employee told me they were large. But just a week before the large was actually large. Not as small as the mediums they gave me today. I asked him if he was sure these were large since they are smaller than the large we got last week and he again insisted they were large. Very disappointed to pay a large price for a medium. Sundae! Other times I have had issues with rude employees. I understand everywhere is understaffed and these employees are probably not making as much money as they feel they deserve, but that doesn’t give them the right to be so rude to customers.

The food was ok, ice cream was good but the chicken was overcooked. I’ve been to this location twice the 1st time the worker was not very nice but the second they were better. One of the workers was very sweet. It’s kinda hit or miss with this location on friendly service and good food

I ordered a large cone and asked for a senior discount. I got a small cone with no senior discount and no receipt. I didn’t feel good about that but I ate the cone. I then went in and complained and then asked for a large cone, to charge me for a small and give me a senior discount. Yall, the manager actually called the police and banned me from the store. Customers were coming out telling me they were laughing, that the manager was obstinate. What a waste if police time. Until this store gets good management, spend 15 more minutes up the road to CeCes in Spring Hill. They know how to treat customers.

My boyfriend and I went through the drive thru n when we got to the window ,they asked us to pull up to a parking spot. We waited maybe about 30 minutes for our food. Our chicken baskets didn’t have the toast in them and then our son’s food along with a side order was just thrown into a big bag. I wanted to go in and say something but just left it be.

Have been here more than once and every single time the staff is unbelievably rude! You try to use the DQ app and they constantly tell you it doesn’t work or is not available at that location. Ask for something special other than what is listed on the menu and you are told they don’t have it like extra peanuts in a Peanut Buster Parfait.. but yet they can make the plain one just fine. Have even had issues with them over bananas but yet they were giving them away because they had too many. Horrible staff at one of the few ice cream places in town.

We just came through the drive through and ordered two cheeseburgers. We were charged extra for a minimal amount of brown lettuce and tomato. The hamburger meat was old and cold. For nearly $28 we could have went out to a sit down restaurant.

Order is typically messed up. For some reason it’s difficult to remember the strawberries in the royal cheesecake blizzard. For how expensive things are you would hope to get what you pay for.
