Why does it take a whole staff of people 20 minutes to make a 4 peice chicken basket? Not only that it took 5 minutes for sombody to even take my order, and they finished my order, and then let it sit on the counter for another 3 minutes before going “did we give that basket to that kid?”. Not only that but they got my order wrong, and the lady in front of me. It’s dairy queen, not NASA. I have timed lunches for where I work and I’d rather eat flavored air then stand in that nursing home. Oh and my favorite part? Half of them just stood there laughing and talking with each other the whole time.Thanks guys.

Ordered 1 simple cheeseburger, fries and the pretzel sticks. Was asked to pull forward and wait for order, okay no biggie, at least everything will be fresh I’m thinking, LOL. After 10 minutes of waiting they have the audacity to bring these soggy old fries that were just dropped in oil to be reheated before serving, unbelievable. Just lazy, low standard service.

Worst dairy queen ever. 5 employees only one making ice cream. No customers and they still took 30 minuets to get me my order. All I wanted was ice cream but instead I got soup. They didn’t flip it upside down. Id ask for the free one but it would probably take a week to get it. Not worth it and it should be shut down.

Ordered Pretzel sticks and got less than half a cup of cheese. Went in and requested more. They said the owner dictated the amount of cheese per cup and If I wanted more I would have to pay. I went to a different Dairy Queen to show the difference. The right cup is the correct amount the left is what I was given at this store.

Not enough people working at the lunch hour to serve customers. We waited 15+ to even order. 1 girl taking orders and she ignored us. Plus she took a drive-thru order out and never washed her hands or put gloves on when she came back inside. That was the straw….and we left.

Supervisor Alexis could not understand that if there is no restrictions on the board saying that deals have ended, she’s supposed to honour the customer request and then right away make sure they stop false advertising. This site should be shut down for lurking people to believe they have deals when it fact is not true. Pretty dumb supervisor of May think so. Young uneducated and really not dressed to run a fast food place. Food is great and staff are awesome just a dumb Alexis who I would think still in high school.

Raised the price on value meal higher than any other DQ, only served between 11am and 4pm even though not listed on menu. Not going back, order errors about 1 in 3 trips.
