I got a overpriced philly cheesesteak that had zero meat on in. Also, looked at the receipt later and was charged for a tip. I never authorized a tip. A total rip off. Never eat at this place.

Perhaps others are coming at a different time than me but I didn’t have the customer service issues others mention. I was here at 5:30 on a Saturday. I wasn’t “wowed” but neither was it poor. Average customer service experience. They got bread and fixings correct, asked if I wanted the sandwich toasted and were able to handle an upside on the meal deal drink. (I stopped during a road trip to a concert and wanted a medium, it comes with a small because, presumably, most are dining in and getting refills.)

We have gotten subs many time here. This time the bread was not done. The person I spoke to was rude. Said she had made many no complaints. I was in food service many yrs when people were nice. What has happen. I never complain and no use now a days just keep ur mouth shut. Horrible!!!

I use to eat at the Tuttle location.Now I don’t because a group of people sit inside everyday and stare at you .Walmart security told me they are there all day long and everyday.Talking about creepy !

The Subway in Walmart seems to ALWAYS be out of meatballs when I order a meatball sub. I mean ALWAYS. I have simply given up trying. Penn Station nearby have never turned my away.
