I don’t like to be negative & I don’t like to leave negative reviews, But – this Culver’s was a very negative experience, a fiasco, a terrible first time experience. The employee taking the orders we could not understand, perhaps it was the com system speaker, maybe she needed to speak clearer.

The bad reviews almost dissuaded me from trying this restaurant. I am glad I didn’t follow the reviews, because this place bangs! The burgers were fresh and flavorful, the cheese curds were warm and gooey, we got the sauces we asked for. Our order came out quick. I ordered a coffee at 12 noon and they forgot to make it, but they came and let me know and made it right. Theresa was the sweetest person, she took good care of me! This place was very busy for a Monday, and they handled their customers great. I will 100% return to this location in the future.

We stopped and we ate till we dropped. The amazing double Butter Burger with fries and drink – and friendly and caring professional staff. Great summer time patio, very sanitary facilities, and amazing milk shakes for sure. A fan favorite and our kids never want to leave.

We love the thin patties on the burgers that are grilled crispy to perfection. Very delicious. The Wisconsin cheese sauce is excellent for dipping fries. The blackberry cooler was also excellent. It’s a frozen lemonade that you can add fruit, we added blackberry, and it has a great, smooth texture, very much like Italian ice.

Ordered a pint of ice cream didn’t receive it then went back inside to ask for it they said they couldn’t find it after they charged me asked me to look for it in their fridge and it was front and center to make it even better we got home to our burgers missing buns called and was told manger was in meeting went back to restaurant the manager refunded me just the burger with an attitude

All in all, the staff seemed to not be consumer friendly, the food was cold when it arrived and the lettuce on my spicy chicken sandwich was absolutely beyond wilted and slimy. Not happy with paying almost $50 with additional costs to broccoli when you only served half the broccoli I was trained at a different location was the portion sizes. I was absolutely disappointed in this experience.

Originally from the Midwest so grew up loving Culvers. The food is still great, though I would say pretty overpriced. The service here though is typically very slow. Also, they make your concrete’s before your food so they are always melted by the time you get them.
