We stopped in here to grab a bite to eat when my youngest was craving breakfast for lunch. The service was good. It took a really long time to get our order. My husband said his plate was really good. My oldest said his waffles were ok. The youngest loved his pancakes. They were out of what I wanted so I just ended up sharing off of everyone’s plate.

Strawberry French toast was really really good. Almost as good as my own. However, for going out, I’m gonna just say it’s one of the top 2 in town. Very good. The sausage patty had a weird texture. I wasn’t able to eat it. It didn’t taste bad at all, the texture was just weird. Sweet tea was also really good. Pleasantly surprised with the entire visit. Everyone really liked their food.

It was average if I should say. I had the country biscuit breakfast while my wife had the chorizo scrambler. The CBB was bland, egg super wet as if the inside wasn’t cooked and the sausage patty, felt like I was eating a rock. The gravy was decent but I couldn’t bring myself to finish this dish. My wife’s choice l, according to her was ok except the fact that what she thought was cheese sauce was literally a slice of cheese melted over her meal. The French toast was bland with hardly any taste to it. The best plate I believe I can say were the mozzarella cheese sticks. The waitress, if anything, we saw her only three or four times….to take our order, drop off the order then drop off the ticket.

Haven’t been since I was last here. Their food has gotten decent. They sat us near the front window. It was definitely cramped with other customers sitting next to us. Never had anything wrong with my food. Completely understand being busy. Especially, on Sundays. Please, remember to always keep great customer service. That’s how you keep returning customers and just keep them in general. Never had a problem with the location or building. I know Home Plate Dinner used to be there. Still has a similar build from then. Overall, never had a bad experience. Just keep wanting to improve!

We came in for lunch. after 10-15 minutes, nice waitress took our order. Only 2 other couples in the place at about 12:30. We waited nearly an hour to get served, no one checked on us. 3 folks (workers) wandering around. Food was finally served. Chicken sandwich was dry as a bone, tough. The hamburger was good. Salad was very good, The booth seats need to be re-upholstered , place needs to be cleaned. management needs to manage. I fear that this place is doomed if changes are not made.

Dark inside and pot holes outside. Don’t forget the homeless hitting you up for money on the way in. Waitress was lost. The best of the waitstaff was the ones filling coffee. Crackheads cooking your food. Honestly it turned my stomach. The food takes forever and then comes out raw. Raw pancakes, toast is literally just bread, and hash browns were hash whites. How is the place still making money?? My mind is blown. I only wondered in here by mistake while in town.
