Great place for desert. Unique selections in a clean facility. Great staff—talented. Big portion sizes and fairly priced. If I could criticize anything it would be the containers they give you the ice cream in—it’s a bit small and will get messy quick! But other than that, this place is fantastic.

We visited because of the shark tank episode. It took a 15 minute wait for the cones on a Saturday evening. Employees didn’t seem very friendly/happy… but you order through an iPad.

Changing my review since apparently specifics are bad so I will leave it to this — I’ve been here twice now, a year apart. The taste and quality seemed much better previously with Reed’s dairy (a local Idaho company), the service is basically non existent, it was not clean and dessert fine didn’t seem fresh, the workers didn’t seem to care much about any of the above, and I will not be going here again because of those reasons. My first experience a year ago was great, and my second experience recently was the complete opposite. Buy a cinnamon sugar donut and put some soft serve on it and you’ve basically created your own similar dessert and didn’t have to spend the crazy amount for a crispy cone.

This is definitely a unique treat. The Ice Cream seems like standard soft serve, but the cone, filling, and toppings make for a tasty and rich dessert. The store is clean and I feel like the price, while a bit expensive, is pretty fair for what you get. I would definitely come here again.

My wife and I stopped here to give this concept a try. Looks can be deceiving because both of us had a hard time finishing our cones. Soft serve plus toppings plus the yummy cone plus the filling in the cone made for a big dessert. And I don’t regret it. I had Nutella in my cone with chocolate soft serve and peanut butter cup crumbles on the ice cream. Delicious and a fun way to enjoy dessert. It’s nice to have a place that is open later than a lot of places, as well. Can’t wait to go back.

A tasty treat to try once. We visited Crispy Cones once. The cone with ice cream and all the toppings cost right around $7.50. WOW! That included spread inside the cone, ice cream, add ins and a choice of a few toppings like caramel or chocolate. The soft serve ice cream is tasty. The cones are also fresh and tasty. I would not really call them crispy. They are a little tricky and messy to eat. My group felt that overall their treat was enjoyable but for the price we will likely not return again soon.

There ice cream is good and the cone is a twisted churro with some sort of lining like Nutella inside. It is all super tasty. Their prices are a touch on the high side for what you get but inflation has been a beast. The cost is about $7.50 per item. It is good, you decide if it is worth it.

We tried crispy cones for the first time and it is now our favorite place to get dessert! The donut type cone with cookie butter on the inside was soooo good! We will Deff be going back soon!!

Upon entering I wasn’t greeted at the counter for a bit and then after I was instructed on how to order. It was very unsatisfying to find out after I paid for my ice cream that they were out of cookie butter. I know it’s the “new” thing but I dislike using the order myself screen at any place! I like that the ice cream was soft serve and the cone was an interesting thing to try for the first time. Overall pretty good
