Have been a customer at Panera for years, never had a bad experience until today. I know everyone makes mistakes but this made me very disappointed. I ordered a chipotle avocado melt and there was no avocado on my sandwich. My boyfriend ordered the pepperoni mozzarella melt and there was no mozzarella. We were suppose to get 2 bags of chips and 2 baguettes, didn’t receive any. Very disappointed, too many mistakes for one order. Paying $40.72 for this was a mistake today.

Every time I go to this location I am treated so well. I usually use the self service order but there is always someone there to take an order for any customer needing assistance. The food is always amazing, I haven’t had a bad meal at this location and the employees are always so friendly and willing to help.

First time ever going inside a Panera yesterday. Had a good many patrons inside enjoying a Sunday lunch. Clean location. No one in line when I went inside – girl came up to my order, asked a few questions & I waited for my salad. When I got my salad, the croutons were so hard I couldn’t even eat them. Which was a bummer. I just wasn’t happy with my lunch Not giving them a horrible review – just not much to “recommend” from my visit yesterday.

While Panera Bread has never been my “go to” place for dining, my previous experiences at this franchise have been on the positive side. However, my last few visits for meals/meetings of Panera have left me a bit underwhelmed. The menu offerings appear a bit contrived to me, and I consider that Spartanburg has many other local, more interesting options for similar fare. During my last visit, the place appeared “dead” with the eating area in need of attention. I cannot say if this is happening at Panera as a chain or if this is particular to the store I visited. In sum, suffice it say, I find it good but not great.

I have come here plenty of times and the majority of the time it has been a perfect experience, whether dining in or carrying out. Their staff always seems to be friendly and caring, the food quality is exceptional, and the inside seating is always clean. This is definitely one of my go-to’s in the area.

Clean, presentation of food was so nice. Best looking salad I’ve ordered at Panera in a longgg time. Manager was hand delivering orders which I’ve never seen at any Panera. Definitely enjoyed my meal and the atmosphere.

I was so frustrated as they forgot my bagel in the drive thru .. I was not feeling well and did not ck bag.. but I called up there and the nicest manager.. a young lady working around 11am 3/22/23 ..was so kind and understanding and resolved the issue without any hesitation. Quality manager there and will keep me coming back. I’m sorry I didn’t hear her name .
