They are always rude, but whatever- got my sandwich home and unless someone is blindly making a sandwich- I can’t see how they never seen how this was put together. A whole 4th of a avcdo, couldn’t even seal the sandwich which make it extremely messy. How hard can a sandwich be to make???

My boyfriend just ordered at kiosk there, wasn’t greeted, and the guy that worked there said “I can’t believe you didn’t tip” which i think is absolutely trashy. The manager backed him up and said tipping is customary. We have to submit the order ourselves and pick it up from back counter ourselves- and you are complaining you didn’t get a tip. Never going back to any Panera. And they refuse to print receipts. Customer service is a thing of the past.

First time ever going inside a Panera yesterday. Had a good many patrons inside enjoying a Sunday lunch. Clean location. No one in line when I went inside – girl came up to my order, asked a few questions & I waited for my salad. When I got my salad, the croutons were so hard I couldn’t even eat them. Which was a bummer. I just wasn’t happy with my lunch Not giving them a horrible review – just not much to “recommend” from my visit yesterday.

I have come here plenty of times and the majority of the time it has been a perfect experience, whether dining in or carrying out. Their staff always seems to be friendly and caring, the food quality is exceptional, and the inside seating is always clean. This is definitely one of my go-to’s in the area.

Have been a customer at Panera for years, never had a bad experience until today. I know everyone makes mistakes but this made me very disappointed. I ordered a chipotle avocado melt and there was no avocado on my sandwich. My boyfriend ordered the pepperoni mozzarella melt and there was no mozzarella. We were suppose to get 2 bags of chips and 2 baguettes, didn’t receive any. Very disappointed, too many mistakes for one order. Paying $40.72 for this was a mistake today.

The photo is what I got when I ordered the new Fromage (could not type it with a straight face) Croissant Toast Sandwich. Did I really just pay $8.50 for a confusingly sugary mozzarella, onions and plain mayo on plain burnt-but-also-soggy bread? Why, yes. Yes I did.
Panera, you charge way too much for your food to be serving up this slop. If you don’t have most of the key ingredients on hand, let the customer know that at the drive-thru so they can choose something you can actually make.
I normally reserve Google reviews for high praise but this has become a pattern and direct complaints have been futile, aside from a very stale cookie I was given last time this same thing happened.
Into the trash it goes, I’m not going back. Behold, the wrath of my hanger.

If I could give it zero stars I would. My sister and I went and ordered our food. We sat and started to eat and have a conversation. One of the workers was sitting near us and her phone was on full blast but apparently my sister and I conversation was too loud for her so she got up still eating and her phone on full blast and moved to another table away from us. I found it disrespectful and if that’s the kind of place they run here we won’t be back at all.

I normally just don’t rate at all if I have a bad experience. But my girlfriend and I were utterly disappointed. She got the French onion soup and said it didn’t have enough cheese and the cheese it did have wasn’t melted. It’s overpriced, and over hyped.
