I demand my money back… I just bought they gave me two wrong milkshakes I asked them to give me the correct ones and they returned the same ones but with the glass all wet from the milkshake and it was missing large cheese fries with jalapeno and a jalapeño cheese fries

What a bi polar difference a week between visits make. Last weekend dined in great customer service and attention to fixing things. While making sure my family had what they needed. This weekend go through the drive thru and he has a whole issue because he was being bothered for simple things like napkins, condiments, and getting my order right that he blamed me for and messed up. Then rushed it to where it looked like the mess below. Sucks since it is close to my house but I would rather drive where I can get consistently good customer service and food then wonder how my visit is going to go. But I won’t have a cashier cope an attitude for simple courtesies, and continue to spend my money there.

Didn’t have a good experience at this location. Ordered a chicken strip tray and the chicken was so small. I went inside and I’m assuming this young lady was the manager on duty and verse her saying my apologies let me fix this her response was that’s the size ma’am with an attitude. I told her she can take the tray just replace the chicken she states no just keep it shakes her head and shrug’s shoulders. She bring me a few more tenders in a separate tray still with an attitude. What we pay for food now verses what we get needs to stop. These company’s aren’t humble at all to there customers.

My favorite milkshake is a double chocolate milkshake. For some reason this location absolutely refuses to make it. If I order it through the drive thru it is wrong 100% of the time. If I go in person and order it they look at me like I have two heads. Am I bugging? Is this like a super weird milkshake order? I feel like I make them so angry every time I order it. I just wish they wouldn’t charge me for all of the extra and then not give it to me. It’s never worth the battle to get it fixed. I don’t want to be yelled at by a bunch of teenagers failing all of their classes at school. Also( the milkshake I did get was basically milk it was so runny. Very sad.

This is the Cookout close to my home. Going here is a Russian roulette of customer service quality. The good things are that they’re open super late, the food is always pretty good, and it’s not terribly expensive. However, the customer service leaves much to be desired. I understand this place gets slammed a lot, but all of the staff seem like they’re annoyed you even came to the store. There’s even one manager(?) who will straight up scream at you if you pause at all in between ordering items. Also ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG. These guys miss things more often than they get them right. Once, I got a meal from them and they literally just didn’t add the sides, but still charged me. Just today, I ordered three meals for my family, and the person taking my order forgot one of the drinks and refused to give it to me until I paid for it as a separate drink, not as part of a combo.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at the Cookout drive-through on Shannon Rd. The staff member at the window displayed an appalling level of rudeness and unprofessionalism. Their behavior was unacceptable, and it’s disheartening to see such a disregard for basic customer service. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues and train their staff on proper etiquette. Although Cook Out isn’t exactly known for their exceptional customer service, as a paying customer, I expected better treatment, respect, and a basic level of human decency.

The drive thru lane was really long so I decided to come inside and did dine in. Quick service and as usual not a bad meal. Had the walking taco which was a bit too salty but overall the food was ok. Opens late but dine in is only until 9:30 pm. Parking is available on site.

Went this afternoon on Shannon Road and ordered cook-out style burger and asked that other items be added. Guy on the speaker asked me if I was sure I knew what I wanted on the order. Two order boards outside so why wouldn’t I know? He was loud and arrogant through the speaker. Then tried to change his attitude. When I got to the window, he wanted to play with me, smart alecky like. I am not a child. Do not play with me. Serve me politely and complete my order as requested.

The menu offered many options to choose from. I opted for the meal that comes with a burger and a choice of two sides. The slaw was underwhelming, while the Cajun fries were tasty and flavorful. My burger was customized to my liking, and was cooked well and delicious. The dessert I got was the strawberry cheesecake, and that had me going back through the drive thru to try another flavor.
