Have been here a few time and it’s always a nice experience. The ambience of the restaurant is very classy and romantic and it’s a nice place to come with family or for a special occasion & the booth seating offers nice privacy.
My southern belle drink was very good though all our drinks took a while to come out. Our appetizers were fresh and tasted great, I love the lobster dip, the calamari is hot and crispy (though wish it came with an aioli dip or remoulade style dip as well), my family enjoyed the deviled eggs & tuna stack as well.
My family enjoyed their steak, though they were out of the dry aged & one of our steaks were a bit overdone for the most part every one enjoyed. I myself enjoyed their smoked salmon Cesar (though if I could make a suggestion to add less onions as they were very overpowering , and tasted the onion flavor several hours later..regardless still tasty & would get again just modified) & lobster bisque which is always very good.
The service was a bit slow the last few times we have gone but nothing to majorly complain about, the bathrooms were clean & the hosts were courteous!
My family enjoyed the mousse cake as well and we will likely come back in the future.

We made a reservation for a birthday party of 6 adults. When they called to confirm, they said we would be in a booth. I let her know that we were all adults and some were large men so a booth wouldn’t work. They put us in a larger booth which worked out ok, but it was in the bar area next to the in and out door of the kitchen. It was quite loud and they seemed to have an issue with fruit flies/gnats because we battled them the entire time we were there. Although our server was very friendly, he seemed overwhelmed because the service was very slow. Perhaps they were short handed on this night, because our drinks from the bar took a very long time too. However, the drinks were delicious and the food was excellent! We all had steaks that were cooked to perfection for each of our requests, and the lobster bisque was a huge hit. I had the Brussels sprouts and they were fantastic. Everyone at the table enjoyed every single dish…from the appetizers to the desserts. I will also say that the strawberry shortcake was the best I’ve ever had. All in all, it was a good night thanks to the food, but after using the restroom on the other side of the restaurant, I saw that there was a nice dining room that seemed a lot quieter and more intimate. The attire on that side was more closely matched with how we were dressed, rather than people in shorts and casual shirts. I would have much rather been seated there instead of in the bar area! If I had known ahead of time that we were not going to be seated in the dining room, I may have chosen another option. We were hoping for a nice, elegant birthday dinner at a more upscale restaurant, but instead it had a casual “Applebee’s” type vibe, but with exceptional food. The higher price point would suggest a more elegant atmosphere, but for that, we were disappointed.

We celebrated my sister’s birthday on Valentine’s Day at Connors restaurant. We were seated right away! Mark is an excellent waiter and he is very knowledgeable about menu and drinks! He suggested a lobster soup and it was very delicious! He is very polite and professional! It wad a memorable experience! My sistes loved the food and the creme brule is the best! We really appreciate Mark and everyone who works there! The beautiful bouquet of red and pink roses made my day!

The food is amazing!! Go ahead and give this place a try, you will not be disappointed. The Mediterranean Chicken I ate was perfectly cook. Thanks to Bill for brining a sample of the artisan cream spinach, which also was amazing. The manager came by to check on us, I really appreciate that attention to detail. Oh and don’t forget the desserts!! Ice Cream, Strawberry short cake… 10 out of 10

My wife and I celebrated my birthday last night with dinner at Connors and had a fantastic experience all the way around. I had the Voodoo Shrimp as an appetizer and it was fantastic! I had the Chicken Parm and my wife had the Chilean sea bass, both were excellent. Had the Strawberry Shortcake for dessert and it was the best I’ve had. Thanks Connors for a fantastic and memorable birthday!

We had the pleasure of being served by Kelly, who was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, which we greatly appreciated. Her friendly demeanor and attentiveness made our dining experience exceptional. The food was outstanding, with the steak and salmon cooked to our exact specifications. Overall, we enjoyed a delightful meal and received excellent service.

This is a fantastic restaurant. The prime rib was cooked perfectly, the This tuna stack was delicious and thee lunch menu salmon dish was perfect size for a smaller portion meal. This is a place that I would go back to again if I am in the Sarasota area again.

This is a great place to celebrate special events or have a nice date night. The booths and tables are nicely spaced out for privacy and the lighting is low, but still bright. Service was quick and friendly. Our server came back to check on us often to make sure we had everything we needed.
I got the grouper which was delicious and very filling. The creamed spinach was wonderful as well. The fried calamari was cooked perfectly, still tender, but with crisp breading.

I ordered the shrimp cocktail and was very disappointed. The shrimp didn’t look or taste fresh, and the presentation was sloppy for a restaurant of this level. I politely asked for a replacement, but the second plate was just as bad. Honestly, I’ve had better shrimp from Costco. For the price and reputation, I expected much higher quality and care for customers.
