I like the service and food. All employees are nice and polite. The only thing is that it’s not clean enough. They need to request a deep cleaning for the entire establishment. Bathroom is super dirty, even if you wash your hands you still feeling dirty, the floors are dirty. Etc etc. obviously they clean after every shift but the place needs a deep clean!!

Very poor customer service, which leads to bad food quality by not taking it to the customer while it is still fresh, we thought it was because they were short staff, however when walking out of the restaurant we notice 4 of the employees taking a sweet smoking break under a tree in the parking lot, no one ever gave us a receipt either so we decided to go to the cashier to pay our bill. It was a very disappointing experience.

We had breakfast there 5× in a week, a typical Dennys except one evening (9:00) we went in for dinner/breakfast (all I’ll eat there) two waitresses & (1 guy doing to go orders) for a pretty full restaurant it took a while so we sat ourselves with menus, then at least 20 minutes to take our orders. (30 mins later) Obviously my Omelet came out from the kitchen wrong, ham n cheese became a Denver Omelet sent it back and canceled it. Just ordered fries.

Well.. for starters it smelled like a wet mop In the Restaurant.. I was kind of bothered by how the cups looked.. until I scraped the inside of my cup and little bits of residue came off. I was disgusted. While waiting for our food we were served someone else’s food and then when he realized it he asked if we touched it (we didn’t) and handed it over to the people who actually ordered it. Not sure if that’s very sanitary.. food came back warm and delicious though! Just worried about their sanitary practices..

Caroline is amazing. You can tell that she has been working for this establishment for years. My favorite thing to order when I go to Denny’s is their nachos! Always the perfect amount whether I do half or a full order. Caroline makes sure I get my order hot, fast, and exactly how I want. Thank you Caroline for working so hard and being the BEST!
