Great Waffle House in Hot Springs! Of course we had waffles along with bacon, eggs, toast, grits, hash browns, soda, coffee and sausage. Or service started out slow, but after our order was placed our food and drinks came out quickly and fresh!

I had the absolute best experience at Waffle House! From the moment we walked in, everything was welcoming, clean, and running smoothly — but what truly made our visit unforgettable was our server, Caitlyn.
Caitlyn is hands down one of the most wonderful servers I’ve ever had. She was friendly, attentive, and incredibly kind. She made sure our drinks were always full, our food was exactly right, and she did it all with a genuine smile. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work.
She was quick, professional, and somehow made us feel like regulars even on our first visit. Caitlyn is just perfect in every single way when it comes to customer service — warm, thoughtful, and on top of everything.
If you’re stopping by this Waffle House, I highly recommend asking for Caitlyn. She made our meal 10/10, and we’ll definitely be back because of her!

This is the second Thanksgiving we’ve spent at this Waffle House and we all love it. I think it’s our new tradition. The food is always good, always fast, and the servers are always great. Shout out to Austin this year— you made it extra fun! Thanks for being awesome!

Umm.. so I know Waffle House usually has a odd reputation, but to witness an employee hand something off in a ziplock baggie, to a “customer”, and watch said customer go into the bathroom is very disturbing.
None of the waitresses tried to clean off a table or make eye contact. 4 different tables with previous customers food on them. Watched several employees walk by the dirty tables, see us waiting, then keep walking.
I love Waffle House, and know can’t expect much, but DANG. I didn’t have any appetite after the interaction.

The server was a gem, with her platinum blond bun up top and her country accent, she seemed like winner of the homecoming once! I swear she could’ve been casted for a movie loved her vibes and kindness. Stopped in at like the buttcrack of dawn too when it should be illegal to be awake ha! The food was alright, I always be leaving with my hair smelling all intense. Waffles only no pancakes 😉 kinda pricey nowadays looking at the menu, not as cheap as when you’d be on road trips in the 90s!

We had a wonderful breakfast this morning. The food was well above the typical waffle house standards and was absolutely delicious. We loved our thick fluffy waffle and our perfectly made omelette. This waffle house is super clean, with friendly staff members. This was a great end note to our wonderful honeymoon and added to it. We appreciate the staff for helping us have a wonderful time
