Little cute pub. They don’t serve food, so outside food is welcome. The owner/server is deaf/mute, sigh language is the only way of communication, make it a good place for secret talking.

Headed over to Clackamas River Growlers after a long hike at Mt. Hood. We were aware the owners are deaf, as my wife is a sign language interpreter. Tried three beers, all very good. Owner was kind and takes pride in his business. Easy to communicate even if you cannot sign. There is a whiteboard to write on just in case. The vibe is great and everyone was super friendly. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try.

Friendly welcoming owners and patrons. Clean and cozy and comfortable. Lots of beverage choices. You can bring it your own food from home or local restaurants. Practice your ASL sign language… since the owners are deaf there are pictures of the hand signs for the tap numbers.. (or you can write your order number down, hold up the number in fingers), or just say it..they can pretty much read your lips ♡ Nice place to pop in for a quick drink or to linger for a while..

The choice of beers on tap is amazing!! They have mead & ciders, too. The owners are ever so friendly, Service is great. We had sandwiches delivered from The Mason Jar, & walked out with 2 growlers between the 4 of us!

The owner is deaf and he has no problem communicating with his customers. They have many amazing local beer selections on tap. They even have CBD infused beers. You meet many friendly local people. They give wonderful suggestions of where to go and what to do. I definitely am going to stop by here when I am back in Oregon.
