I’d say the food prep & attention to detail at this location is better than average. They do a lot of take out, mobile orders. They don’t have a super stocked bakery section but that’s to be expected given their urban location. Good parking options, dedicated area for mobile order pick up, tons of seating. They tend to have a lot of dashers, and students, young professionals there. They have wifi and tables set up for working. You’ll always see a good number of people working with laptops open. Have a second story of seating.

The food was mediocre and the customer service was horrible. The staff was very rude and unprofessional I ordered some cookies and someone took them. Someone had a bunch of wild uncivilised children running around and cursing in the restaurant. This store is in desperate need of a new staff members that are nice, professional and helpful. For as much money as they charge for everything, you can’t even get a cup of coffee when you order it. The woman removes the container and takes it away never to be seen again. I have been inside this location a few times and the times i’ve been the place was clean and quiet. The staff is a hit or miss, some days they are friendly and some days they are not. I haven’t had a bad meal from this location and I hope I don’t. I had the the Flatbread Pizza Meal, this was my first time trying the pizza and I can honestly say that it was good. If I was to get the flatbread again, I would get the cheese with extra sauce. The salad was bomb af because I added my favorite add on. I recommend this location!

The new pizzas are amazing!! It is now my new favorite dish. Full of flavor and healthy, loved it. The resturant was super clean!!! I have been to different Paneras’ where the tables are dirty and the bathrooms are not well kept.

I’d avoid this location if you can. The staff was scrambling to keep up- not their fault at all, but there are long wait times. The dining area desperately needs deep cleaned. The manager was helpful and friendly, but the food wasn’t great.

We ordered for delivery here yesterday and our meal was completely wrong. The manager (Shayla?) went out of her way today to fix the issue and delivered a fixed version of our order this afternoon. She even wrote a nice message on the complimentary cookies. Will definitely be coming here again. Thank you for the great and honest customer service.
