We go to Chucke E Cheese often. We go to different ones too. But this location gave us extremely awful service. I ask the manager at what time would Chuckie Cheese come out to greet the kids. He said at 6pm, Chuckie Cheese never came. I reminded shortly after 6pm again and they said Chuckie Cheese already came for the Birthday kid, I told him Ok but what about the rest of the kids he just brushed me off. It made me upset because our group of kids really wanted to see Chucke. By the way we spend over $300 in food and play points. Usually at the other locations they see the Birthday kid and than go around taking pictures and saying Hi. Well not here.

They recently remodeled/reorganized and the inside is clean. I have been here a few times with my little one. Overall its not a bad place to spend an hr and I would recommend buying time as all of the games can be played whether you use credits or time. There are a few games that have broken controls and are therefore unplayable but overall still enough games that it should be easy enough to spend 1-2 hrs without the kids getting bored.

First time here and omg! The place is super clean , bathroom are as well. The food is Omg! Delicious from the pizza having cheese on it, to the fries tasting Delicious. You can tell is fresh fresh. I would definitely come back…..

Still one of my favorite ones to bring the kids. Face masks is required. They only allowed one beer each hour. Max is two beers a person ♂️. Still friendly employees. Good pizza and fresh salads. Plenty of parking space. ♂️

Went to Chuck E Cheese in La Mirada. Spend 100 dollars for 2 pizzas, 2 drinks and 60 points to play. The food was a rip off. Bought 2 pizzas and it looked more like small pizzas. The food was horrible, hard and crunchy and the pizzas were flat and small!!!! Food here is not what it use to be many years ago……. The food use to be good, now it just looks like trash !!!!! Won’t be coming here anymore !!!! I think 711 pizza looks better then this. Extremely disappointed and how disgusting the food was here. It also smells inside like dirty old carpet. Horrible horrible horrible experience…

The only thing that carries this place is the food but even that is sub par. Don’t like the guest service. They don’t bring your food to your table anymore. They have qr codes at table but you can’t even use them to order. They practically make you walk into the kitchen hot window to pick up your pizza.

The staff offered 300 tickets for a 5 star review, didn’t check my sons (9 yo) hand stamp when leaving, held an all staff meeting during rush hour and birthday parties causing trickle down effect on service and safety (the review bribe is on video). The layout and idea of cec is great unfortunately La Mirada management has been horrible.
