So this place is hit or miss it has been a 5 star experience and a 1 star hence the 3 rating. The younger gentleman with dirty blond hair who appears to be between 17-23 is rude and very stingy with toppings. He wouldn’t listen to my wife’s requests and almost put the wrong topping on 3 times. She only gets 5 toppings total. He was at the rolling end of the station and did such a terrible job in her burrito that after two attempts and ripped shells she just had it out in a bowl.

Again, we come here at 5p and the line isn’t prepped, nothing on the grill, trash full, utensils out of stock. We’ve experienced this many times at this location… have taken breaks from coming here in hopes that it will improve and it never does. It’s as if they are surprised at dinner each day. We were told by the GM that more food isn’t prepped bc they have to prep food so “it’s as fresh as possible so we are limited in how much we can cook at once.” I understand, but I think a good crew good figure out a rhythm that makes sense. We will not be returning.

I won’t be returning to this location, and am seriously reconsidering ever visiting another chipotle again. The food was fine, but I was charged $30 for a bowl that cost $13. I noticed it when I scanned my card on the machine and thought something wasn’t right. But then the cashier gave me the correct receipt, showing $13 charge. I thought everything was fine. I later checked my bank account and it showed a $30 charge. I contacted Chipotle headquarters and they gave me a free entree, which still isn’t a refund of the full amount. Save your receipt. That was my mistake.

Wow… after reading a little over 40 reviews, I can’t see how they’re even currently above a 3.0 with less than 10% having 4 or 5 stars? But, it did confirm my experience tonight. We used “the app” and the drive through put a single order bowl labeled “Abby” into a bag labeled “Pam” (marked with 3 items). Oh wait, they were out of chips so they didn’t bother to put the queso dip in either. When we drove back through a second time to get it corrected, they said they couldn’t take food back. But I only brought so they could see their obvious mistake. After a couple of minutes of trying to negotiate throwing it away for me, the window went closed and another employee got enveloped. This employee opened the window and asked if I had opened the bowl, I advised no, so he gave it to me to check the contents (as if the label was just wrong and not the order)? No, still wrong but again they wouldn’t take it back through the window. Now I’m sitting in the drive with an opened bowl… I told him I wasn’t going to drive like that and asked a 3rd time to just throw it away! Handing it back, he caught my drop… (good catch)!! The bottom line was 25 minutes for a 3 minute drive and pickup, they remade the bowl and gave us a small ketchup size container of queso. No refunds with the app so we had to report an error on line in the app again. But the real kicker was no apology from either employee or either worker in the drive through owning up to the error. This makes me, “the customer” feeling like the bad guy trying to get a simple error resolved. I’m done!!!!!

Ordered online for pick up, get there and get food, head out and realize they forgot the chips. Head back in, get them and go home. The food was soggy, portions tiny even when I asked for extra rice, the chips were doused in way too much salt and I got a big wad of fried chips that had been stuck together! Only a few chips in that bag were salvageable. Disappointing. And the people working the line are endlessly rude for no reason, not just to me but the other customers as well.

This is such a disappointment for those of us who waited so long for a local Chipotle. I have been several times and it’s always dirty – especially in the kitchen food prep area. They are often out of chips and do not have anything to offer you for replacement when your kids meal comes with chips. Last night we stopped against my better judgement last night and they were again out of chips, the register was apparently broken, and they had a huge line of people waiting to pay. They started writing down orders and sending people out with unpaid for food – I’m sure they lost a lot of money last night due to poor management. Chipotle corporate needs to care about how their stores are being run.

Food turned out really good but they didn’t have veggies which seems to be a common thing to run out of at chipotles (not just this one) The employees looked tired and overworked to the point they don’t really smile or seem happy and do not really seem to even want to try anymore. Sucks to see people in those situations, I’m sure they had people being rude because of the missing item. Be kind to the workers in these restaurants, if not for them you wouldn’t be able to go out to eat like you do.

I don’t understand how this one is managed. On Saturday I was there to meet a friend. The doors were locked and no one there except customers waiting to eat. I was told by one of the customers they called and were told that a truck didn’t come in but they would open at noon. This has happened more than once. I go to several other chipotle that don’t have this problem. Smh
