I’ve been coming here since the age of 10. My order has never been messed up and the one time it is I returned with my sandwich.

I ordered a pizza sub with light pizza sauce because typically they put way too much pizza sauce on their subs. I get the sub and the first but I take has none at all and I open it and see there isn’t a drop of sauce on it. I go and let them know and the woman who took the order offers to remake it.

The manager then walks it back to us at the drive through window and says “This is what you ordered” and hands it back. Completely rude. The sandwich didn’t even need remade they could have just actually put sauce on it and I’d have been happy. Terrible management that up until now had never acted this way.

I believe his name was “Adam.” I will continue my business but I doubt I’ll ever return to this location. If he had opened the sandwich at all he’d have seen it was not the sandwich I ordered due to the lack of pizza sauce.

Went inside to order for carry out and as I’m waiting off to the side I noticed the guy that was putting on the lettuce, onions tomatoes and etc was sneezing quite often. I watched him on occasion touch is face or nose while his plastic gloves were on and it was very disgusting to watch. At the time he was working on other customers orders and hadn’t got to my Me and my Wife’s sandwiches yet. Then when he got to my order he sneezed again while preparing our food and then for some reason after he finished my sandwich he took everything off of it and was doing something with it. At this point I couldn’t stand to watch anymore and walked out and called my Wife to see what she wanted from Arby’s. Unfortunately I already paid for a small Italian, a medium Italian and a large fry so I left without saying anything or causing a seen but I can tell you we won’t be back. Should have gone to Jersey Mikes in B-Creek since it’s the same distance from our home in Enon as it is to Springfield. Lesson learned.

Peen Station is always a great place to go for subs. The service is friendly and fast. Their subs are top tier and you can not find better fries anywhere.

Came in for dinner with my husband and daughter. There were 2 people in front of us. All 3 sandwiches were wrong. Paid for extra meat and cheese we didn’t receive on two, asked for American and bacon on a grilled cheese and got provolone, Swiss and cheddar with pickles. Took almost 30 minutes to get our food, only 1 sandwich was sent back because it had taken so long to get our food. Took another 20 minutes to get it back. There were only 3 people working and it was a total discombobulated mess. Dining room was a mess, employees were rude, especially when they were asked to remake one of the sandwiches. Won’t return to this location….EVER

It cost over $30 for two people
to eat here, so beware!
That’s two sandwiches, two orders of fries (small sizes, 21 ounce drinks).
That’s WAY too expensive.
Then, guess what? … overdone, old fries.
Now I know why the place is practically empty. The kids that work there sure are nice and helpful, though.

I don’t typically leave reviews on franchise & chain restaurants but I have found Penn Station to be consistent in offering good food. Our experience here was no different. I had what I always get, a large chicken teriyaki sub (everyone on it), my wife had the small grilled Italians sub & we split a large order of fries.
Everything was extremely good, service was quick and friendly. We left stuffed. Some might think them to be overpriced, but you really do get fresh, tasty food in a generous amount. One of my fav chain sub places.

I’ve never had a bad meal here. The cheesesteak is my go to with a side of fries. The bread is always fresh.

Update…. Again…… Seriously!!! Order was totally wrong…. Again!! Philly cheese steak came with onions…. Again!!! Even after specifically saying no onions… Almost as much onion as meat. As much as I used to love this place as a stop once every week or two, now, I’m not sure I’ll make it every six months. Thanks for a ruined meal once again

The quality of chicken has really gone down. Tastes like they bought a bag of frozen chicken strips across the lot at Aldi’s. Chewy. Gristly.

Edit: 10/2025 what even is this sandwich? Is it that hard to make a sandwich thatdoesnt look like a toddler made it? The bread is still dough and the sauce looks like it was mopped off the floor with the bread.
