had a great experience here! first time in boone and was looking for a quick breakfast place and i’m so glad we came across here. the workers were so friendly and attentive. keyvin was amazing and helped us choose what to get and was so attentive and sweet. the biscuits were actually the best thing i ever got highly recommend the flame thrower!

If McAlister’s Deli and Tupelo Honey had a breakfast baby, it would be Vicious Biscuit!
They serve fresh-squeezed orange juice—and I mean fresh. They literally peel the oranges, toss them into the machine, press, squeeze, and voilà… the best, most refreshing OJ you’ll ever have.
Even their drinks have charm—orange juice and iced coffee served in large mason jars. Too cute!
The butter and jam bar is another highlight. Grab a little cup and sample whatever you want to spread on your biscuit—from honey butter to apple jam and everything in between.
The space is super clean and minimal, with a large indoor seating area. You order at the counter, and they bring the food right to your table. The walls and t-shirt slogans are hilarious.
All in all, a fantastic breakfast spot—fun & fresh!

My friends and I visited this location on a day trip to Charlotte and it did not disappoint! I had “The Vicious” biscuit; the chicken was perfectly tender and the jalapeño cheddar biscuit was soft and flavorful. I also tried a side of the breakfast potatoes and the maple bourbon butter (I wish I could have taken some of the butter home with me haha). Props to the kitchen!
Apart from the delicious food, the service was amazing! Food came out hot and fast and employees were kind and attentive. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was so cool! I recommend eating out on the patio if you can, it has a beautiful view of a lake/pond! I got the chance to speak with the General Manager as well and she was awesome! I am definitely adding this to my list of favorites in Charlotte!

We had breakfast today and it was perfect. The wait wasn’t bad for a Sunday morning at 11 am in Charlotte (it’s a stand in line, first come first served, seat yourself and we’ll bring it to your table kind of place or pickup orders placed on mobile app) which I liked because there’s almost nothing worse than a wait list and feeling like everyone who came after you is guilty seated first. There’s plenty of seating options and the food was fast hot and delicious. We had the Old School breakfast and a Caramel Apple Macchiato. And those biscuits were fresh warm buttery and the Jam Bar had all of your favorites including mine which is Blackberry! We will be back!

Huevos rancheros is a great vegetarian option with seasoning that hits you from the first bite, and with fresh ingredients. Hen Solo is a tasty no fuss option that leaves plenty of room to explore the jam and butter bar (try the bourbon butter!)

This was my first time. The guy that took my order very nice, but he wasn’t very informative. I ordered the chicken and waffles and it had no butter. It came with syrup and honey mustard. The didn’t tell me that there was a butter bar with different flavors of butter and toppings that you could add to your waffle or biscuits, neither did he tell me I had to get my own utensils from that bar. So I wind up going to the butter bar a couple Times. I had Sweet potato waffles, they were delicious. The chicken tenders were very flavorful and the batter crunchy. I would definitely eat there again and recommend it to others.

From the moment you walk in John F is super friendly and helpful. I am not a huge biscuit person and either is my husband, however these biscuits are awesome. We got the animal farm with bacon, cheese and egg cooked the way you like.

This place is awesome. I went on Saturday for my birthday with a total of seven people. From the beginning, the customer service was superb. The manager gathered tables and chairs for us to sit. I didn’t get orange juice, but the ladies who were with me did. They loved it. The bacon, chicken, waffles, shrimp & grits and the Vi’Mosa were good. I will definitely drive the hour to come here again. There is a dish for everyone in my family.
