If I could give this store zero stars, I would. Total garbage. Waited over 20 minutes longer than when their own screen said my pizza would be done and when I asked about was met with “it happens, you’ll just have to wait” and that was my only explanation.
I’m sorry but in a customer service job, that is never the answer. Completely unacceptable.
I won’t ever frequent this store again, and I will most certainly encourage all of my customers and clients to pass on it as well.

Food is usually hot and delicious. Do not go on any day that is popular for pizza. The lobby is very very small. And it will be crowded with more than three people in there. I like to order online and pick it up when it’s ready to avoid overcrowding the lobby.

Ordered 2 pizzas and the garlic cheese bread. Both of the pizzas were seriously lacking in sauce and cheese, one of the main aspects of a pizza. Got home and realized they gave us a bacon bread instead of garlic. I’m vegetarian so I couldn’t even eat it, luckily my husband ate it. Just disappointed. Will not be going back to this location again.

It takes exactly 3 things to make a pizza: dough, sauce and topping. This Pizza Hut couldn’t manage to keep that straight. The pizza had no sauce, which is pretty important, don’t you think? The receipt for the order that was “checked for quality & accuracy” very clearly states their shorthand for Classic Marinara Sauce on both halves of the pizza. I didn’t get what I paid for. Why does this not surprise me when the female at the counter failed to greet me or even acknowledge my presence for an uncomfortable amount of time while she stared at her screen. Customers and making pizza are, apparently, just an inconvenience to their day. Maybe find a new line of work? Pizza Hut should pull this location’s franchise. I’ve never seen anything like it.

I ordered two of the same pizzas to be delivered same exact kinds. The only difference one had tomatoes one had bacon same crust they were supposed to be but one was thin crust, and the other one was hand tossed. They were both supposed to be hand tossed. It’s just really frustrating when you pay $30 for two pizzas and you don’t get what you pay for do better Pizza Hut. answer, sir I did call your store and I waited on hold for 10 minutes and then the call got disconnected so I’m not sure how that will help but this pizza was clearly not worth the $30 that I paid and I will not be ordering from you guys ever again

Only 4 people staffed on a Saturday at 8pm. Is acceptible. The deliver drivers are waiting for 30 minute to pick up orders that haven’t even been started. Employees placing people on hold for upwards of 20 minutes. The level of unprecedented failure to run the easiest food business in the country at half capacity with a staff of new people who can’t even keep track of orders and pizzas they’ve made already. The staff just offered gen z stares without addressing any customers their issues or their concerns. And the manager apparently was on scene and made no effort to calm the over 10 drivers waiting for upwards of half an hour only to be told their pick up orders haven’t even been started.

Usually food is great but This pizza hut just tried to charge us 43.00 for 1 med pizza we usually order and just a few days ago, paid 18.99 for. No real explanation just you ordered a med Hawaiian pizza. And it’s 43.00. I just called Papa John’s 22.00 For pizza and I even got a salad and pop too for 32.00 total. The lady at pizza hut was condescending. Pizza hut has lost our business. I think someone’s OVER double dipping. Shame on you. looked it up online 18.99 for a LARGE. Be careful with Pizza huts outrageous spikes in prices. We cancelled that order and will now use Papa John’s. Great pizza and prices don’t spike. 43.00 for a med pizza and NOTHING else. No pop no salads nothing . Papa John’s was 32.00 and had salad too. K

Pizza Hut did not make it right when I ordered just to find out that that store was closed I had used my reward points and I never got my order so I contacted them and ask them if they can replace my points since the store was closed but said it was open and since I never got my pizza they refused that is why I rather go to Domino’s.

I’m a traveler from Montana who flew in late looking for a quick delivery to my hotel! Ignore these negative reviews… Its Pizza Hut… the toppings are fine, its cooked thoroughly, and so forth. It’s all matter of opinion. I’m sure they will all eat there again if they are local. In Montana its customarily to tip your delivery driver…

Pizza Hut has always been one of my favorites and this is my go to location. Although the taste never fails, they’re lacking consistency. Sometimes my pizza is full of toppings, then next it isn’t. I order the same specialty or 5-topping every time. Service is always good and they are very fast, but it shouldn’t be that hard to cut/make pizza if your specialty is pizza.
