I ordered a pizza and it tasted terrible way too much salt, so I called and complained that they were very nice and said no problem they would credit my account for a free order. When I called back the next day , they say they have no record and there’s nothing they can do for me. Didn’t extend any options to help.

THIS REVIEW FOR A STAFF HER NAME IS LOLA, she was my delivery driver tonight… (which she was covering) I just need whoever to know this woman was the most helpful, efficient, caring and all around a delightful person. She went above and beyond tonight for me and my kids and I am so thankful for her otherwise I would have left a bad review for the 181st pizza hut location for what happened and dealt with tonight. But because of her helpfulness and above and beyond actions and just all around awesomeness. I won’t do so. Lola deserves to be recognized and appreciated on all levels. The Staff Are Super Nice, Clearly Hard Working And They Always Seem Busy When I Come In. The Cutie Pie Manager That Works The Weekends Is Almost The Only Reason I Come In Other Then The Delicious Pizza W/ The Stuffed Crust 5 Stars All Day In My Book!
