Have been going to this location for years since it’s convenient but I’ve had enough in recent times. Inconsistent customer service, overly salty items and to top it all off a really stingy portioning or not even compliant with the serving size. Done begging for appropriate amonts here, won’t be spending my money (Qdoba is much more value)

Ordered online, they mixed up the rice between the 2 burrito bowls. Sucks to pay $18 for a burrito bowl that has not only a main ingredient you don’t want, brown rice, but the rice is undercooked and doesn’t have the same flavor as their white rice. Tried to doctor it up at home and well, it’s hard to make cold chewy, undercooked, and flavorless brown rice better 🙁

I go to this Chipotle all the time Food is always good. Customer service is okay. It’s one lady there that I really like She always talks to me when I come in. Could have more of the green bottle hot sauce out…have to ask often for some. But enjoy this location

The last two times we ordered here, they got the protein and toppings mixed up on 2 out of 3 items. I get they’re busy but maybe pay attention to which entree is which because people have allergies and can’t properly enjoy their meals when the wrong items are added to the wrong order. Thankfully the app is easy to report issues on but still such an inconvenience and dangerous for those of us with allergies.

I see bad reviews and wonder what people expect from fast food, but this place is awful. This place deserves zero stars. Consistently bad service, employees with an attitude problem, poor portions and they are constantly out of ingredients. I went tonight and they had over 2 hours until close and told me they “ran out” of barbacoa. Offered me pork instead. How about you guys stock the product you sell? How about you prepare the food that is in your inventory? Instead 1 of the 4 protein options at Chipotle is “out” in the middle of their dinner service.

This place is a hit and miss, recently they have been hiring new people and the orders that used to be on point have declined greatly due to the new people still training or not caring enough to get orders right. Ordering online doesn’t help either. Not only does the amount on the bowl lack but there’s missing items from your order. Most of the times we have visited we make sure to point out that what they serve isn’t enough but instead of fixing it by adding more we get an angry employee with an attitude. The soda fountains are dirty and there’s always missing items like forks or napkins. ALSO THIS LAST PARK IS FOR THE CHIPOTLE COMPANY. PLEASE ADD BABY CHANGING STATIONS TO YOUR BATHROOMS!
