Food is usually good and service usually sucks. No veggies, no corn, no teas made, no forks and chips only for online orders? That’s a new one lol. Why aren’t customers in line as important? This is why you don’t let teenagers run a store. Every single time this store is a mess it’s ran by kids. No one over 21 in sight. Music is so loud you can barely hear them speaking.

Check your orders. Out of 6 items that we ordered, only 1 item and the Mexican cola was correct. This was a $62 order. Missing guac, cheese etc. Wrong salsas, Very small portion sizes. Presentation was horrible. A salad dressing that we did not order was in the bag. They did not seal it in a way that would not spill. Unknown to us, it must have tipped over the the bag. The dressing seeped out of the bag, onto my son’s pants and into the leather seats of my car. I know they are busy and it’s hard to find workers but… Someone there needs to be inspecting the work.

I actually stopped going to this location for a couple years due to terrible management. Today they were out of sour cream and resisted me when I asked for a lime. Arent there tubs of sour cream in storage? I mean come on. Some high-school kid told me they don’t provide or have limes. Little does he know that before he turned 16 and before covid that chipotle used to have employees prep lemons and limes and put them in the dining room for customers and now they are fighting me over half a lime.

went to pick up my order and went to the car to check everything was there as usual. i had ordered chips with a large queso, a burrito bowl with basically all the toppings, and quesadillas with rice, salsa, and sour cream. inside my bag i found a note saying to call the chipotle headquarters number because they are out of stuff. i didn’t receive chips and queso. i didn’t receive any sides for my quesadilla, and i was missing several toppings on my bowl. i went inside and the bald headed guy working there said “i’m not trying to start anything” when i got back to my home everything ripped out the bag because of poorly wrapped items and the lack of lids

We stopped in for take-out. The service was good and the food enjoyable as always but there is always so much. It’s a great place for take-out Mexican. We will stop again.

This chipotle is ran by entitled snobby Peters Township kids that do not NEED to work and it shows. I have gone here multiple times for years and every time i’m reminded how horrible it is. The burritos are sloppy and barely folded with corn, beans, and rice flinging out of every direction. They never drain the beans or salsa either so the burrito literally rips into 47 pieces and drips everywhere. They are also sooooo skimpy with their portions, it’s like they’re rationing for Vietnam. The vibe is also horrible it’s like they want you to go away and the line is always so long and it’s so slow I truly believe it’s intentional so people leave. This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to, I would rather eat week old Taco Bell and get my stomach pumped.

the only reason i even consider ordering from here is because you can’t beat chipotles food in general. however, this location can’t seem to follow the printout of what items are actually supposed to go into my bowl. also, am i supposed to just dump the bowl into my mouth, because i’ve never received a fork or a napkin when ordering online. i’ll proceed to give them chance after chance but here’s to being disappointed in the future. sorry future self.
