Really nice! Tried sushi for the first time there, and it was pretty good. When I mentioned it was my first time at the place, the ladies helped me a lot with the menu and different foods. Overall I look forward to bringing my family back too!

Food is really good, prices were good. Too bright in there for me though, wish it was a bit dimmer. Only thing I don’t like is I’ve “heard” the owners keep the tips and do not give them to the servers, at this restaurant and the other one across town they own (different name). Outside of that, really good place.

We went on 2/12/23 fully expecting to be overcrowded for Valentine’s Day, but it wasn’t bad at all. The service was excellent as it always is. The rice and chicken were a little overcooked, but not bad. The atmosphere could use a little sprucing up. Overall a really good visit.

Would not recommend. Food was just okay but the service was subpar. Note that I gathered all of the used dishes and they still brought more food out and didn’t clear the old dishes away. Server was too busy chatting with his coworkers and looking at his phone to bother. The cashier (and I’m assuming owner or manager) asked how it was and I said “okay” so obviously they don’t care how the service or food are either.

One of the best sushi places I’ve ate at. Me and my wife love all types of Asian food! So when I say this place is good it is really good. First the miso soup was some of the best I’ve tasted it had just the right amount of saltiness and it actually had taste! Some of the other miso soups I’ve had are bland and always seem like that are just something they give you to just have on the table until the real food comes. But Kyotos miso was so good it felt like part of the meal. And what I mean by that is that it was one of the things that you have on your plate that even though you are full you just feel you have to eat all of it because it’s so good. Anyway enough about the miso soup. We also had the wontons and those were delicious as always. I cant remember exactly which sushi rolls we got (gominesi) but they were both delicious, well rolled and all around the taste was perfect. The atmosphere was really great also, very open layout with a little bar where you can see the chefs cooking. The service was decent they weren’t over the top great but they filled our drinks and brought our food out in a reasonable amount of time which is really the main point anyway. This is a place I will happily be going to again, especially for that miso soup!

Service was friendly and fantastic. The food was amazing!! If you love spicy then their spicy rolls will be great. Their Sriracha mayo is a-mazing!!! And their monkey brain appetizer was delicious. Would most definitely recommend and will be returning.
