i need to vent because i go to this chipotle minimum once a week. my order is weird, i get very few things. the inconsistency of the rice and black beans sometimes make me have violent outbreaks. the rice is often undercooked, the black beans tends to be undercooked at times too, or have more of a sour taste then the last time i ate them, etc. my friends and i jokingly say “i really hope chipotle is good today” because when it’s good, it’s so good. please, for the sake of all customers, work on consistency with the white rice and black beans. i love you irregardless.

This location is regularly 15+ minutes late with their online orders. It’s faster to wait in line. They also had juice spilling all over the floor and the condiments station was not stocked.
Update: I went back and this time I got a chunk of plastic in my bowl. The drink machines were also growing mold. This place is consistently terrible.

I am so tired of driving to this location, and they are out of major ingredients. Regularly they don’t have dressing for the salad because they “didn’t make enough” and had no intentions to make more. But today they were out of lettuce (and queso). How do you serve salads and tacos without lettuce?? It’s a waste of my time and gas to keep going there to not be able to order my salad. I walked out yet again.

Divine intervention prevents me from returning for a refund. Only go to this location for 2/3rds of your food at 100% of the price

I rarely write bad reviews but for $9.70 I would expect to be full after my dinner. Instead I’m hungry and disappointed. I got this bowl tonight at McMurray Chipotle. What is this??? Smallest portions ever. I shouldn’t have to ask for more food when they are making the bowl. Never again will I be going to this location. I’ll take my business to the Washington location.

Our food was cold just after 3 minutes of getting drinks, and we did dine in. I asked for a large queso and they gave me a regular, and it tasted sour and cold. The chips tastes like they were days old. The tables and chairs had food and garbage all over them and the floor had trash everywhere. Ive had better food from the highschool cafeteria.

My Family and I ordered dinner tonight from this location and I wish we didn’t. All three of the burrito bowls had maybe two tablespoons of rice in each, maybe about 4-5 pieces of steak in each and the chips felt like they were five days old. What a complete waste of money. I’m pretty sure prisoners of war get more food than what I just paid for.

This location consistently messes up orders. Three out of my last four bowls were missing fajita veggies. Today I ordered double steak and beans, and got a sad, half-empty bowl. Only after I asked did they admit they were out of fajitas. They remade it, but still did a lazy job. I shouldn’t have to beg for a $15+ bowl to be made right.
