Very delicious subs. Prices are based on just the sub though not combo prices. I had the Philly cheesesteak. It tasted great but for a medium $11 sub could’ve stood to handle slightly more meat or been bigger in size. Service was quick and they handled the number of customers well.

I got a salad and for the first time in awhile I felt I got more food and a better deal than the others who got subs. Pastrami ruben was what my coleague got. They have tons of hot sauces which pepped up the food to perfection. Totally blew me away. The added benefit of them bringing out the food was nice.

It was my first time eating here! I ordered the turkey bacon ranch sub. My husband ordered the steak and cheese sub. Both were very good. The only thing is we ordered a small, and it felt like an appetizer to my husband . If you’re hungry, get a medium or large for sure!

The staff (2 ladies behind the counter) was friendly and immediately greeted us when we entered. Did not rush us and allowed us time to decide what we wanted. (Important! Don’t like feeling rushed to order). Our sandwiches were put together clean and as ordered, with some modification requests. The food was very good. The dining room and tables were clean and kept clean as customers left. Will definitely be back.

So this really could have been a negative review. My wife and I decided to try FHS for the first time this afternoon. We ordered online and had a couple of requests for a change of toppings to not be on our sandwiches. I got to the store and we waited for our order, and we left. Once we got home we noticed that neither of the requests were honored and both sandwiches had the items on them. Not a great way to leave a good 1st impression. So I called to find out what happened. The first person I talked to apologized and offer to remake them for us, I voiced my complaint that I had already drove all the way there and back, the worker explained that they don’t have their own delivery service but I was asked to hold for a sec and I was passed on to the manager where I was again apologized too and was told that the online ordering is not sending special requests to the store so they aren’t getting them. I was offered a remake of our sandwiches and a refund which I happily agreed too. I drove back to the store, and my meal was remade, I received a refund and a drink for my wait. The workers went above and beyond to make sure we were happy for something that went wrong that is out of their control. This was our first time dining at this sandwich shop and because of the excellent customer service we received today we be back. Thank to the whole team today to make sure we had a good experience regardless of tech issues.

I went to Firehouse Subs during rush hour on a week night. I ordered a steak sub. However, the person at the counter said that their steak is frozen. Steak, frozen, during rush hour on a week night?! What kind of sub restaurant is this? The person at the counter then asked me if I wanted to order something else because it would take 20 minutes for the steak to thaw out. I said I have the time and could wait because I came for the steak sub. Low and behold they had my steak sub ready in 10 minutes. Amazing. The only problem was the meat was still cold and the bread was a soaking water mess from trying to thaw the steak on the sandwich.
They charged $20 for the sandwhich and drink. The workers at this establishment have no attention to detail, professionalism or pride in their work. Management has no oversight over their workers to do the job right. You only have one chance to make a first impression. Therefore I will never return to Icehouse subs.

Great food, was still steaming after 20 mins eating. Very friendly staff. Only gave 4 stars instead of 5 for atmosphere as the dining room was pretty messy and they were not super busy so feel they could have cleaned that and the soda area. But that is a minor issue everything else was great!

This location is poorly managed. The food always take 20+ min and the kid at the register has his AirPods in listening to music and barely talking.
The fact that there are 8-10 people waiting on their food and one working is on the line is ridiculous. Management, step in and do your job.

I have never had Firehouse Subs before, and found this place looking for a dinner in a hurry. I have to say it was delicious! The gentleman that was working the register was new, but even tho he was asking questions about how to complete our order, he was very professional and did an amazing job. We visited the store at about 6pm and it was getting busy, but the food came out hot, fresh and quick! Best sub I’ve had in years! Kudos to your employees, they made my first visit great!

I ordered online. I placed my order for two medium sandwiches and two bags of chips. Order placed at 11:07. Order received at 11:56. I personally placed and picked up the order. Upon arrival I checked in; was told my order was “being worked on”. Went outside for about 5 minutes, went inside to check the status and met with “your order
