Today I found multiple blonde hairs in my breakfast pizza; the moment I saw the sale by time of 6:48a and it was already almost 7:48a I should’ve just left the pizza there. There have been times when I’ve seen the kitchen staff move between the kitchen and outside with their gloves on but because I know you can never tell a personal level of hygiene and acceptability in any kitchen outside of your own I try to block that out of my mind and purchase the hot items only when I absolutely feel the want in that moment. Although, most of their staff is pleasant this experience today is very concerning; please revisit your kitchen staff behavior/guidelines and aid in preventing this kind of occurrence again.

This is a negative positive review. Placed an order for a large pizza around 5:30 it said it’d be ready at 6:22 with a 40 minute wait. My folks said ok to it. Got there a little after 6 and looked around before going to the window for pickup at 6:20. They said it had just been put in the oven and it’d be 6 minutes because at the time there was only one person in the kitchen but it was almost 6:45 by the time they made the pizza. Devin said we could get a free fountain drink, case of donuts, and put our name down for a free pizza with our next visit. He apologized and asked how long we’d been waiting. Ordered 4 pizzas online. Waited an hour and went to the store as directed. I waited an additional 20 mins to find out that they gave my order to another customer. Employees would not refund my money. Wanted me to play phone tag withe the manager. I called my bank to dispute the charges. Every location is horrible in that they have untrained employees and want you to contact them but they never make it right.

Ordered a pizza for delivery, they had doordash deliver it, and when the dasher got the wrong address, caseys refused a refund even though it was ordered through their app, doordash wouldn’t give a refund either.

I have never had a problem when ordering online, but this time I ordered breakfast pizza, and when I got home one of my pizzas had toppings I didn’t ask for. I called the store to ask if the menu had changed, because I ordered my pizza exactly how it said it was made online and got toppings I didn’t want. The lady that answered the phone told me I had to specify I didn’t want the extra toppings otherwise they put them on it. What sense does it make to list what comes on the pizzas online if the store is just going to make it how they want. I am very disappointed and would like to know why this is allowed. I should get the pizza how it says it comes unless I customized it.

I ordered at 7:20 pm tonight and the email confirmation stated it would arrive around 8pm no problem. 8:20 no show so I call and they stated he was out for delivery and wasn’t even apologetic. 8:50 still no pizza, call again and a different person answers and said should be there any minute again no sorry for the delay or anything. Finally 5 minutes goes by and they show up. I will not be ordering again for this Casey’s. Poor service!!!

The employees were arguing with each other and cursing. I went inside to buy ice while my husband loaded it. Another employee came inside and was yelling asking how many bags of ice we purchased while I was literally checking out. I’ve never been treated like a criminal before and I didn’t enjoy it.

Nothing in the warmers. The woman, Brandi in the Kitchen is extremely rude. Another customer asked for ranch and she snidely remarked about the cups. When asked when something might go into the warmers again her lack of politeness answered back with im unsure too busy for that. There were 3 order tickets and plenty of chances to throw in a warmer pizza.

I stopped in tonight and ordered two tenderloins, the two gentlemen in the kitchen were awesome! This was around 8:00pm, and the gentleman at the register was pretty awesome as well. Thank you guys for making my night quick and easy. Sincerely keep it up you guys are awesome!
