I had placed an online order on May 2 and parked in the space next to the dumpster on the left (which cannot be seen in the pictures). The doors were not latched together and flew open and hit my car. It caused damaged my car and I immediately went in and asked for the manager. He told me essentially that it was not their fault and that I was the second person it had happened to that day. He had me write down my name and email for the property manager but they have yet to reach out to me almost 2 weeks later. I’m extremely disappointed that it had already happened once and nothing was done to prevent it to damaging my car.

Ordered a Barbacoa burrito bowl tonight. Not only is there barely any Barbacoa in it, but I also found a sizeable chunk of a bag in it? Idk if it’s the bag the meat comes in, or a piece of a takeout bag, but either way, I don’t see how it would’ve made in into my food and how it also would’ve gone unnoticed. Disgusting.

Good food but had an order placed for 2:30. It’s now 3:20 and still waiting. I get places get busy, but have some updated pickup times. Shouldn’t be an hour wait.

Food was fine but probably the worst service I’ve had at any sort of fast food place. They lost our online order, 30 minute wait for them to fix it, and the kitchen was an absolute disaster. When the order finally comes through they hand me an empty cup, but the soda fountain wasn’t stocked. I ask if they can just sub whatever’s closest and the guy takes the cup out of my hand, crushes it, and just grabs me a bottle with a sigh. I get they’re busy but that’s just unacceptable

Four visits. The line is always a mess. Food is always cold or dry. They are ALWAYS out of multiple items. The staff are distracted, blatantly not paying attention, lacking job knowledge, and displaying zero enthusiasm. No one looks particularly clean and I have no idea who’s in charge.

I mean the food was OK, honestly I would have given a 3 or 4 for what food we got, but we made the mistake of ordering through the app and they were out of food but no one in the restaurant could help take care of it, you either chat with a robot who will not refund food you never got or you wait 1 and a half hours on hold to talk to a real person in a call center to refund 3 of the 5 things you ordered because they were out. Frustrating but fine, however the restaurant itself was dirty like a food cyclone hit it with rice and chips literally covering the entire floor, and not one staff member could spare even 2 minutes assist us with this. Very disappointing overall.

The only reason I’m even giving 2 stars, is because it tasted good. Other wise I would do 1 star. I ordered a burrito and a burrito bowl, both with barbacoa. The burrito had one small chunk of meat in it and it was wrapped terribly. They also forgot the queso, which I paid extra for. The bowl was alright, but still had an extremely small amount of meat in it. I don’t understand why this is a reoccurring problem. The last couple times I went in there was barely any meat in my orders. If you don’t have enough, then make more in the mornings. The food here isn’t exactly cheap. Also, I really wish they would train better on rolling the burritos.

I used to love coming here, but now any time I go they are out of most ingredients. The past two times I went around 1:30 and they were already out of lettuce and they were out of the red chili sauce. I ordered online so I still got charged for the side of sauce and there was no lettuce on my tacos. Instead of giving me a refund, they gave me coupons for a free drink and for a free side of chips with guacamole that have to be used within a month.
