I don’t normally like to leave bad reviews for a restaurant but what I don’t like more is having to spit out my burrito because I saw something wiggling in it. I used to come here every week but then I stopped. Once I started coming again and this happened. The service was amazing but I don’t know how old those food were. The staff was exilent but maggots in food is a HELL NO in my book. Please fix that issue before someone get sick and file a lawsuit.

The best location I think, out of the ones in the Des Moines area. Always have fast & accurate service. Plus, all the management & employees are always friendly & make it a family friendly dinner stop. Especially Adam, he’s always remembered me & promotes the store always!!!

Poor customer service. When someone makes a mobile order. There should be someone available to provide those when the customer arrives. I shouldn’t have had to get the attention of a staff member who is obviously handling the register. While im standing there in mobile order. Some people may be having a hard day and just want to get their food and go. I feel like my order was given to the wrong person and they could have just said that.

I’m disappointed to be writing this review, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I work with Uber Eats and today visited this restaurant for a pickup. I followed the instructions provided through the Uber app and waited patiently, even though the order was already prepared and sitting on the counter.
Unfortunately, the staff member at the billing counter — a lady who appeared to be handling customer orders — was extremely dismissive and unprofessional. Despite my polite attempts to get her attention, including greeting her with a “hello,” she ignored me completely. I initially waited, assuming she would acknowledge me after helping the customer she was dealing with. However, she proceeded to assist the next customer in line without saying a word to me.
Since Uber has strict time requirements for deliveries, I finally took the initiative to collect the order myself. Shockingly, she then publicly humiliated me in front of the customers for doing so — even though I was simply picking up the order I was assigned to deliver.
Uber Eats drivers are also customer-facing representatives, and we deserve to be treated with the same level of respect and professionalism as any in-store customer. We’re all trying to do our jobs effectively and on time.
This experience was not only frustrating, but also disheartening. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works with the staff to ensure better treatment of delivery partners in the future.

Food always great, attitude absolutely awful. Every employee had a poor attitude, rude, and unorganized. Half of employees have AirPods in and vapes hanging out of pockets. Just overall unprofessional and unacceptable. Hopefully management gets it figured out, losing customers for sure.

Walked in and had to wait 10 minutes for them to even acknowledge that I was standing there. There were only 2 people in front of me. When they finally got to my order, they focused more on the 1 person behind me. I wanted a beef burrito and they gave me a half of scoop and then moved on to the next person. I had to wait another 5 minutes for them to finish my order

As others have said, the workers don’t seem to give AF. Wife stood there for a very long time before being acknowledged, was about to leave. Looking at the pictures I thought we were getting two large tacos full of ingredients… like meal size… ended up with a tiny scoop of chicken and cheese wadded up into a tin foil ball. The lady working just pointed at stuff and this is what I got. Tasted like it was made with 90% salt and 1% effort. Have gotten more, better, for less, with better service, at Taco Bell
