I’ve had issues at this McDonald’s before, but mostly not getting my order right. This visit I was given 2 “expired” apple pies. If they don’t use the “ENJOY BY” date why put it on the box? Every other visit to this McDonald’s results in some kind of issue. Try another McDonald’s.

The food is always awesome here. Quick and easy. The staff are cool especially a.m shift. I recommend you try a double cheeseburger with a chicken patty added to it with lettuce too.

Ordered from doordash. NO SAUCE. NO sauce AT ALL!! For nuggets! Who forgets sauce for nuggets?? Like…ANY sauce?? Not the door dashers fault. They pick up the food that is supposed to be ready. Don’t even care if it was the wrong sauce. THEY ALWAAAAAAYS ASK WHAT SAUCE YOU WANT. You guys are dropping the ball. Seriously. Just add any sauce at that point. I understand that you are probably not paid as much as you’re worth…but just…throw…some…sauce…in…the…bag. Please.

Why would a business put a sign up saying that you don’t accept money? How can you not accept anything bigger than a $20 bill? You’re one of the biggest companies in the entire world. It’s absolutely ridiculous to not accept legal tender. No wonder your rating is so low.

Don’t expect the drive thru to be faster than just going inside, ordering, and eating. The people are very kind, but the amount of time it takes to make anything is absurd. Plus, they forgot to put the nuggets in the kids meal. We had to go back and ask for them.

Let me preface by saying that I come here at least a couple of times per week for lunch, mostly because it’s fast and it’s cheap. In all the time I’ve been coming here, today was probably the worst experience I’ve had yet, and enough to make me probably not come back.

I ordered at the drive thru speaker using my app code, like I always do. The code was for a free any size fry with purchase of a soft drink. When I told the cashier the first two things I wanted, they must’ve assumed that was it while simultaneously saying “is that all” because they rang it up for ONLY the first two items and then when I got to the window wanted to ring me up again for the drink, which was the last item I said on the order. I explained at the window that everything was messed up now because I was overcharged for the first order because the drink was not on that order, nullifying the fry discount. He said he needed to get with his manager. She comes to the window, would appear to “not have time” for me, as she asked what I wanted and I tried explaining the situation to which she responded “so you just need a large drink, okay I’ll get it for you at the next window” and shuts the window. — No. That wasn’t what I wanted. I was overcharged for the original order AND needed a large drink. It’s not even about the money at this point for me, it’s about the fact that the cashier was in such a hurry to “close” the order that they didn’t even check to make sure that was all before ringing it out.

Then to top everything off, I get to the second window, they hand me the drink, then the guy goes “was that all you had”? No. No it wasn’t. I explained and they got the order, but the food was wrong. Just disappointed at this point I left. I don’t have time to argue with people over this simple stuff.

At the end of the day it was an incredibly frustrating experience because nothing about my order today was difficult. This should be EASY work for just about anyone yet somehow was messed up at almost every point of contact.

Ordered curbside pick up. Waited at the spot for over 15 minutes. I finally went in to see what was going on. While I observed other customers being ignored I finally got an employee’s attention. She said it would be another 7 minutes. I will never be back. Worst service ever.

I choose McDonald’s for its accessible locations and economical options, which appeal to my kids. Regrettably, frequent mistakes with my orders, such as incorrect items and misplaced receipts, combined with staff displaying negative attitudes, have led to substantial frustration. The management’s inaction in resolving these issues and absence of refund policies have resulted in my losing faith in this outlet. I have since switched to the McDonald’s on Green River, which consistently provides better customer service and accurate orders. And just let you know I still did not get my refund of $23 at all back on my credit card
