Thank you so much Fadaa, YOU are BEAUTIFUL!!! We love everyone at this location. Have been coming here for years, even when we didn’t live close BECAUSE of the excellent staff!!! (And Fadaa makes amazing birthday pink drinks – mine was divine ) I wish I could post a picture of our beautiful haul of late caffeine!!! The staff acts like I don’t exist; you try to talk to the employees, but they don’t even turn their heads or look in your direction.
They seem to be working for themselves or someone else, but certainly not for the customer.
My desire to drink coffee and eat disappeared immediately.
I will never come here again…

I ordered exactly like this and as I always do;

Venti cup iced 3 shots of blonde espresso and extra coconut milk

Employee/ so what size do you want
Me; I said venti ma’am

Screen says oat milk/ ma’am I asked for coconut milk
Employee/ that’s what my screen says
Me; ma’am I don’t want oatmilk I asked for coconut milk

Me/ learn how to read and write and we won’t have these issues (the teller employee was literally just arguing with me over a simple coffee order) I’m allergic to oatmilk so why force it on me esp when I didn’t ask for it

Left with no coffee. So apparently new employees can’t understand English or read or write

Spoke to manager Patrick and admitted I did tell them they should learn how to read and listen better, he took 000 accountability for his employees arguing with me about my order. He also blamed me instead of apologizing for what happened. It’s all recorded on my META GLASSES and will be sent to corporate

This was my favorite location but I refuse to order a coffee and argue with a teller about what I ordered and repeated. The manager Patrick is just as bad as his new employees and lacks professionalism. I stop at this Starbucks 7 days a week and will not return after their management got on phone and had an attitude like I was at a jail trying to get a delinquent out for free. SMH on the lack of customer service here. Dont waste your time because this isn’t what it use to be. He blamed me and told me I’m the problem and then said well I have all new employees so this is what happens

This store is in a great location at a very busy intersection. The crew worked like a well oiled machine. They knew their products, and were fast and efficient.

The egg bites and breakfast sandwich were delicious. Had the chai tea latte, and strawberry açaí drink.

Very disappointed that 2/3 times that I order from here on the mobile app that I am given an iced drink when I order a hot drink. I cannot drink cold drinks and this leaves me frustrated when I have to constantly correct the order. It will be caught at the window occasionally and I am grateful for those employees, especially when I see the attitude the other server gives them for correcting it. Usually, however, I have to be the one to correct this.

This location on 41 and 53 in Bradenton manages to have the worst customer service in the business. I asked for an Americano with the cream on the side, and the Starbucks associate barked at me twice that the cream was in the self-service counter. I only asked once. However, in an act of altruism, I left almost two dollars as a tip for a small Americano; I guess it wasn’t enough for them to call me when my order was ready on the counter.

Update to my original review:

As someone who goes to Starbucks daily, I was shocked by the treatment at this store. I wasn’t allowed to sit inside with my calm pup (store nearly empty, pouring rain outside), yet a homeless person with no purchase was allowed. Very disappointing for someone who has been such a loyal customer.

This is the worst Starbucks. When you walk in you don’t get a nice welcome at all. Staff is not friendly at all. I have been to countless Starbucks all over the US; this one is just not friendly at all. You always see boxes everywhere when you walk in.

Not only have all of the prices increased to a point where it’s ridiculous but they can’t even give you your moneys worth! I paid $8 for a sandwich that barely had any turkey on it. Not even half of the sandwich had meat, for $8!! It took me over 20 minutes to get a refund through the Starbucks chat. And on top of all of that, they tried to only refund me for the cost of the sandwich and tried to keep the money I paid for taxes. The drinks may not be an issue for Starbucks but the food has been every single time I’ve ordered from them. For the price I paid, the product was terrible and the customer service in chat was even worse!
