Super friendly staff, food is good, pretty average chipotle with decent sized portions (idk about those tiny portion comments tons of people talk about). Price was extremely reasonable for the amount of food. Their new red chimichurri was delicious, a little spicy but exactly what you want.
My biggest and only real complaint is cleanliness. The simplest way to put it is that it straight up looks like someone had a food fight in the dining toom. There’s food and trash all across the tables and floors. I understand it might be busy but not being able to pull someone off the line to give the dining room a wipedown to the point I literally had to clean a table just to sit an eat is a bit insane.

Absolutely filthy. Floors look like they’ve never been thoroughly cleaned, every empty table was dirty, and every trash can was full or overflowing.
Food was 12 minutes later than our pick up slot, and employee was rude when I asked 10 minutes in to make sure I hadn’t missed my name.
Food itself is of average quality for a Chipotle.
Probably avoid this Chipotle in particular if you’re expecting a normal Chipotle experience.

I love going to Chipotle. I live about 60 miles away so I try to go every Friday. Hubby and I both get two burritos. They are soooooo delicious . My hubby has tried just about every combination to see which he loves best!! See you on Friday

I get it, busy Friday night, but… don’t quote me a time and then when I show up you tell me it will be 30 more minutes.
It was actually 35 minutes.
I ordered online, to save time and wasted an hour.
This was my first visit to a Chipotle restaurant and it wasn’t a great experience.
The food was fine. Fresh, but not great.
Service was not friendly or helpful.
I might try it some other time, but I’m not rushing back.

Had never been to a chipotles so was quite excited. But this place ain’t it. Firstly it was packed so figured it must be good. But then the person serving me was pretty rude actually .. and just cared about getting out as much product with seemingly zero regard for customers. But regardless. That was not the bigger issue. This place is actually disgusting. Dirtiest restaurant I’ve probably ever been in. Food everywhere. All over the floors, spills everywhere, every table disgusting, pop machine also had 3 flavours that were out of syrup so just was gross. But I honestly felt kinda gross eating there, the food wasn’t that great and the atmosphere was awful, so so dirty. Don’t understand the chipotle hype and will not be returning.

I don’t know why this place gets such bad reviews, I understand experiences can vary widely. But we went after walking out of Chick-Fil-a since they didn’t carry their only vegetarian item listen on their site for that location.
Anyway, the chipotle was relatively clean (comparing to other locations), service was nice, and the food was great, and fresh considering how dead it was. And I swear their prices went down (or vary by location probably), but I don’t remember a chicken burrito at any chipotle being less than $10 for a long time, and they were $9.80.
It cost my family of 3 less to eat here than it does at Taco bell, and we left more full. I know chipotle has their problems, but our experience here was great.

Literally about 100 people in the store. Ordered ahead and still waited 20 minutes. A quesadilla comes with 3 sides, I marked beans, rice and sour cream. There was no sour cream…. For a quesadilla. lol. Just wow. Can’t read the slip and don’t think maybe there should be 3 sections filled.

I’m genuinely frustrated with the service I received today in Bangor, Maine. I called and placed a very detailed order, specifically asking for all three meats. What I received was completely off — it’s like the moment you place an order over the phone, it’s guaranteed to come out wrong.
I didn’t order a soup, drain the damm water off before putting it in the bowl.
I’ve noticed a concerning pattern here — it feels like no one really cares about getting things right. Whether it’s the roads, the restaurants, the hospitals, or even the weather — everything in Bangor seems to fall short. But at the very least, getting a simple food order correct shouldn’t be too much to ask.
I’ll give credit where it’s due — the spicy chicken was actually great. But the rest of my dinner? Completely off. At this point, it’s clear I’m better off cooking at home. No more takeout for me — this just isn’t worth it anymore.
