I mean it’s subway, it’s not bad but it’s still subway. The workers are nice and try to get to know you which is pretty nice. I will say the only bad thing abou his subway is it is a DISASTER to try and get to. But overall it’s pretty good.

There needs to be tables and chairs and just a few booths. You need to mail out coupons. We go to Subway at least twice a week. We get the tuna with lots of veggies on it on the Italian herbs and cheese.

My mother and I just went in to get some sandwiches today on 6/22/22 at 3:30 pm and were very cautious from times in the past with staff that weren’t so great. But we were pleasantly surprised with the two young guys working there!!!! We didn’t catch their names but they made fabulous subs and had a very professional look about them!!! They were very kind and answered all our questions. OG subway needs to pay these guys more!!! They deserve it!!! 10/10 experience we will be coming back!!

My mom had a coupon for 3 foot longs. We decided Subway would be fast and simple. They were out of a few items like meatballs in a few varieties of bread and a couple of toppings. I didn’t really give it much thought as we arrived about 40 minutes prior to closing the day before a holiday and with the supply issues of the pandemic. Overall the store was neat and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I’ve worked for subway before and was an assistant manager so I could be just critiquing based off how I wanted my employees should have treated customers but the night I went in the lady was so frustrated about how many customers she had, and wearing a mask. I get it this mask thing while working is not ideal but in my mind she should not have been taking her anger out on me. She was very rude and didn’t at all have “good” Customer service. The food was great though. I’d definitely return as long as she wasn’t working. She did do a great job with the sandwiches though, but unfortunately I completely forgot to take photos.

Ordered a meal through the Subway App. Charged my account for $19. Delivery never came and the App showed “Delivered to my Address.” I called the store to ask if my order had been picked up yet. Individual on the phone knew nothing about my order and asked his manager about it. I over hear the manager loud and clear “I don’t care, tell him to call someone else to complain about it” Then I got hung up on. So I paid for service and food that was not provided and was treated in an extremely rude fashion. Place is a joke.
