Embarrassing. The amount of food I got in my burrito was a sorry excuse for a serving. Barely any chicken, rice, or beans. The worker behind the counter was totally inconsiderate and was too worried about his friends that were next in line. This was my first time at this location and will be my last. I’ve never had this issue in other locations. Awful.

I loved coming here before before but I don’t recommend it any more…$27 for 2 bowls! They skim on everything even the meat they give you old food and the line is always dirty. I recommend you go to another restaurant in the mall

The time waiting for service is horrible. Sad to say a lot of times I come in around 7ish the line is bad, i see people walk in and walk out tonight was pretty darn bad, they ran out of certain toppings,Only 1 guy at the counter ,the wait was bad absolutely no reason there shouldn’t be another person at the counter or at least someone to notice the counter guy needs some help bad! Though gotta say Foods always great, workers always good,this guy tonight working was disgusted about having no help ,I hate giving bad reviews but this needs to be addressed because i see whats going on and hear what people say about it while in line! People enjoy this place but most of the time I go the line is bad again needs to be managed better more hands-on customer service is essential for a place that is fast pace and a pretty easy ordering and service system P.S. I say this because I care to see places thrive and do good and have great service which we all deserve to get a I hopefully this gets taken seriously coming from someone who owns a business for the last 25 yrs and takes pride in their workers and customer service!

Placed an online order at 7:40 pm on 4/17/23. Said it will be ready for 7:50. My boyfriend showed up at 7:55 & was not ready. No biggie. He said there was a few people in line waiting to order but tons of workers. He was waiting by pickup station from 7:55-8:10. Not 1 person asked him who’s food he is waiting for. You would think seeing someone standing there for at least 10 mins you’d ask but nope. He finally approached an employee they said someone probably stole it but it will be right out. Didn’t receive the food until 8:25!!!!!! You would again THINK to put the order as a priority since it was ALREADY paid for & been waiting for half hour extra then it was originally promised for. Lucky i wasn’t there to pick up, i would of asked for my $$ back. No excuse whatsoever. I get stuff happens, but to have someone waiting over a half hour & not even acknowledging someone who’s been waiting to figure out why they been standing there so long & still have them wait even longer is ridiculous. I DON’T recommend this location. I just got a burrito bowl too wasn’t a big order at all, I even tipped too ugh

i recommend this location ….TO NO ONE. THE QUESO HAS DOG MEAT IN IT. I walked into this chipotle expecting nothing but phenomenal service. the first lady that greated me made fun of my bald head. When i got my bowl finished the only thing in it was chicken and steak? The steak tasted like really good… REALLY GOOD WINDOW CLEANER?!?!?. The steak tasted like windex. DONT come to THIS location EVER again. i will be contacting all my friends to not trust the people here.

Waited 30 minutes in line to be told that they ran out of rice. But that was after we waited for the chicken to cook. Dude, seriously? Who manages these places? BTW this was at 6 pm.

Food was delicious but the tables were all dirty. Even the ones outside every single table was dirty. Some employee swiped the table once didn’t even wipe the whole table down. Over all the food was good but the rest Was Ridiculous. Considered dining in but changed our minds. We decided toeat in the car instead.

I have tried to give this a location a chance. I come after work between 7pm and 7:30pm. This place is always out of toppings. This is the 4th time in a row where they ran out of sour cream. The past two times they were out of sour cream, shredded cheese, and two of the protien options. I don’t have a problem with the workers. They are always very polite. But the last time I was here I was told by one of the workers that they always run out of things after the dinner rush. Which makes me feel that this location just treats this situation as normal and doesn’t care to try to fix it. Unfortunately, I just keep wasting my time coming to a location that just keeps running out of things for the rest of the day. What makes it worse is that you wait in that long line and you don’t get told that they’re out of what you want until you’re already up front. Maybe they can put up a sign with a list of everything that they’re out of so people can be informed if they want to wait in line or not. I wouldn’t feel as aggravated if I didn’t waste my time and knew up front what was out for the day.

Getting worse by the day — last two visits, only one person working the line…today, they were out of multiple staple items, or should I say “out” since the employee informed us they had the things they were “out of” in the mobile order prep area, but that couldn’t be used to make our order since we walked in and mobile orders are given priority. So I could have opened up my app, placed the exact same order, and gotten it. But because that is a stupid way to operate a business, I left and took my money elsewhere instead.
