Sometimes a manager can make or break a location. I didn’t quite catch his name but he definitely turned my experience around. There was a miscommunication about what kind of chicken burger I wanted and I went back through the drive-thru really courteous about it and made me a fresh one of the one I originally intended night and day the difference It made for me. Worst location I’ve been to. Fries made w/disgusting oil that had an old taste. Very bitter. Burger had the smallest piece of lettuce ever & tiny tomato to match. Unlike the well made food of Roseville locations that match the pictures. What a rip off. Will never be back, lousy customer service also.

I’ve been coming to this location for a long time now. I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience at this location. The customer service has always seemed a little above your normal fast food service. On numberous occasions I have even had employees ask if they wanted me to refill my drink.
