As a local business owner myself, it took a lot of repeated inconsistency for me to finally leave this review, but here we are.
My household is at this Starbucks daily. My husband comes through 7 days a week between 7:30–8:30am to get my coffee, and 3–4 days a week he’s back again later when I grab one for lunch as well. We are not occasional customers, we are as regular as it gets.
So I’m genuinely confused how, at this point, my drink is still made incorrectly so often.
I do not order anything complicated. Yet paying $10+ for what frequently ends up being essentially hot water is beyond frustrating and has become exhausting. Consistency matters, especially when someone supports your business this consistently.
If you asked your morning staff about “the small business that comes through every morning,” they would know exactly who you’re talking about and exactly what I drink. That’s how regular we are. So why can’t the drink be made correctly, or at least passed to someone who knows how to make it properly?
This isn’t about being a first-time customer learning the menu. And even first-time customers deserve better than this.
Moving forward, I will be disputing &/or returning incorrect drinks. I don’t want to but I also can’t justify repeatedly throwing money away for something that isn’t right. I wasted several hundred on wrong drinks in 2025. I’m not doing that this year.
I know Starbucks is a corporate brand and reviews may not carry the same weight as they do for small businesses but someone should care eventually. I’m hopeful this reaches a store or district manager who wants to fix a very preventable issue with a very loyal customer.
I want consistency. That’s it.

Just the honest truth.
Unbelievable, I’m passing through this town and I’m driving a trailer so I parked across the street and I asked the gentleman and Starbucks if I can get change for a 50 and he said I could not unless I buy something. I understand in general not wanting to give out change but I mean it’s a little tiny town what’s the big deal. It’s a little disgusting but you guys can have one star for it because it’s just to me that’s rude I mean I’m 50 plus years old and not like I look like crap or something.

Best Starbucks I’ve ever been to, if it’s slow they’ll even walk your drink over to you where you’re seated! So helpful for people with (not so/)noticeable (mental/)health disorders. Shout out to the manager

First time I’ve ever been told a dog wasn’t allowed in starbucks! Especially considering she was 6 weeks old and fit in my palm. And I was fully prepared to pay $8 for 4 ounces of coffee. I think it was just rude ppl working there.

Everytime I go into the store on Washburn, the employees are gossiping. Seriously every. single. time. And it’s annoying to try to enjoy my coffee and work on my computer but hear about all the stores gossip. Unprofessional. I will not go to this one anymore.

Very clean. Very attentive. Very prompt. Very friendly. Very accurate. This Starbucks is so calm and so peaceful. Mobile order is always ready within 5 minutes. They aren’t rushed, yet they have customers and they are precise with their orders. Best Starbucks brick and mortar i have ever been in the whole United States and I have been in Starbucks in Seattle and they were no where near as good as this one.

I believe this was the location that booted Billy-Gwen/Charlie on the grounds of someone trying to stir a boiled over political pot? Good call, no thanks public nuisances.

5pm, Saturday: I walk up to the store on 6th Street, but the lobby is closed – only drive thru is open. Since I want to sit down for 10 minutes, I drive over to the store near Walmart.

They’re actually open, but, the snacks case is completely empty and they don’t have the snack item I require. I leave, and yet again curse Starbucks to hell, while navigating their bizarre parking lot on the way out.

Can someone explain to me how a multinational company with an annual profit of $20+ billion, can’t manage to maintain normal inventory levels and keep their stores open during their normal posted business hours?

Gawd, I hate Starbucks.
