Ordered through the app. Husband got there right on time and checked in to a spot. Waited 15+ min for them to bring out the food and nothing so he went in where they had it sitting waiting for him-the curbside signs say they will bring out to you. Get the food home and the fries are so soggy and wet because the closed food box sat for so long and collected steam. Queso was also all congealed. If you’re going to charge $30 for one meal and a simple appetizer, I expect it to be pretty good.

Nice ambiance, glad to start getting options in Saratoga Springs. We got led in by host and then seated. There were only 2 other families in there. After 20 minutes of no one even acknowledging us we asked if a waiter was going to come by. They said the waiter was just getting his things together. Couldn’t one of the other waiters have helped us instead of waiting for 20 minutes?? Food was fine, not worth the cost. Got the meant trio platter. The ribs were overdone and had way more bone than meat, the chicken crispers had good breading but the meat was chewy and not good, the sausage had too much heat that overpowered everything else. Street corn was over seasoned even though the seasoning would have been great in a more reasonable amount. Spinach and queso dip was great along with the fried pickles. Once our order was finally taken the food did come out quick. The best part is the chocolate lava cake and skillet cookie, delicious. I would go back for dessert but not for dinner.

Wow!!!!! What an Amazing place to have a great time. The Service was 5 stars and the staff is so helpful and Happy. Eli was just so Amazing and gave us so much attention even thought it was busy. Drinks , Food , Sauces all came out quickly and we felt so special. Worth the wait to get in. Price is great for all the food we got. Thanks again and I highly recommend. Note: Be ready to park in the over flow parking.

I took my kids here thinking we’d have a great time. We all order. At the same time. I order a triple dipper. Big mouth bites, egg rolls and BONELESS wings. Then the kids pizza and fruit. Plus a dessert for AFTER we eat. How does MY FOOD come before the kids ?? I take my one kid to the bathroom and then the kids food and DESSERT came out. When I asked for it to come after we eat. I expressed it a few times and even asked if I should wait to order the dessert now or after we eat. Waiter said now was fine so we did. It was literally melting as the kids were eating their dinner. Mine was wrong. I wanted boneless got bone in. I wanted mayo and pickles on my big bites. I got basic. Waiter tries to fix it and the bites came back wrong again and before my other wings came back. So while my egg rolls are getting cold they are trying to get my order right. At this point I asked for the manager and she handled it all. I just got all my food remade and Togo. The kids were about done with their food so why would I make them sit there and behave while I ate. The waiter explained it was the cooks on the back not understanding the screen orders. Well maybe they shouldn’t be there. Will not be coming back.

Honestly there hasn’t been a lot of good food joints in Saratoga Springs for quite some time, and many of them seem to know they lack competition and act accordingly. So, in all honesty when we went to this Chili’s I was expecting a below average experience considering the low bar it’s competition has set, but also many of the Chili’s joints I used to frequent have gone down in quality and service. I am very happy to say that not only is there a Chili’s in Saratoga Springs, but it’s among the best I’ve ever been to. My wife and I had great food, fast service, and the waitress we had was very attentive and kind. I look forward to coming back.

Already placed a review after food was delivered. Ranch was forgotten for the salad but after placing that review we realized the “steamed” broccoli that came with the steak was raw broccoli. They still had a snap to them, didn’t seem cooked at all.

I’ve gone here a couple time and usually do pickup! Honestly have loved every experience till today. They were early in getting our pickup to us, but we almost drove off without our kids pizza which they didn’t make. Once we got home I found a long dark hair in my food. I understand Sundays are probably hard when it comes to staffing, but the hair in the food is always a big no.
