We usually get the ToGo orders here with me on Chemo right now. We usually have great food and enjoy what we get. This time was an exception.
She loves the Old Timer burger with fries. Always a great burger!
This time I ordered the Chipotle Fresh Mex bowl. Holy over spiced! I couldn’t eat it. It’s like they took the lid off and just dumped it. Selected out the chicken and threw the rest away. So sad. I took the survey I get after picking up and mentioned this but nothing back in response.
I’m sure we’ll be back since my wife craves the burger but I will be picking something else next time.
Sad to see the response. It was not a good time and my order was gross and horrible. Would love a refund.

This moment was more of an exposure. Chumming in on some sort of malicious tumour was the appearance of Justin and his side kick Cole. Melted ice instead of water; plates for food service, and 3 spoons for one dessert charged on our bill made for some interesting greens.
This place is no Nudie’s, but mustard piles on the top of Chili’s delivery cars sparks some curiosity.
Pasta, fish, deep-fired lemons. Appy’s for calories and sugar-free peanut butter desserts make life great.
Don’t let the colour-book of a menu throw you off; this place is no playground. They mean serious food-business with no discounts.
Bring your wallets, and your uncles. Don’t come hungry, or you’ll leave over-full.
All in all…keep the ice cream for last, and pocket the plates…they make great lawn ornaments after.

Tuly (I think her name was) was an excellent, attentive server. A burger was ordered well done but came out pink, so it was sent back to the kitchen and handled appropriately. The fajita trio was great. The bar area was noticeably quieter than the rest of the restaurant, which we appreciated.
We were disappointed that the molten lava cake was unavailable, but I suppose that just gives us a reason to come back. We did order the cookie skillet; while the chocolate drizzle was a bit much and not really needed, it was still a nice way to end the meal with something sweet.
Overall, a good experience, and we will be back.

My family and I have been to this location multiple times and have never had a bad experience. We came in a couple weeks ago and Luciano was our server and he was super kind and attentive. We came back this evening and Luciano remember us and asked how we were doing etc. In addition our server tonight was Chris and he was just ask kind and attentive even though they were slammed. We have not had a bad experience at this location and we will return due to the amazing servers and staff. Also the food is always yummy. So that is a bonus.

We’ve been here twice to this location and both times were great. The 3 for me is an amazing value in this day and age. Especially with the chips and salsa. And I’ve been thinking about it. Chilis Chips and Salsa is my favorite out of any restaurant. The chips are so thin and crispy. Salsa is savory and garlicky. We also got the viral mozzarella sticks, so yummy.

We had such a good experience at this Chili’s! We had Chris 🙂 as our waiter and he did such an amazing job! He was so friendly and attentive. He made the whole night so much better!

Let’s get this straight: Chilis is mid, unpretentious American food or an Americanized version of whatever dish they have. Go with that expectation and you’ll have a good experience. Service is always friendly at this location. The place is clean, well lit, it has comfortable seating, and it open late on weekends.

Honey-Chipotle Chicken crispers may be my new obsession!!! Perfectly crisp, perfectly dipped, perfectly delicious. With just a little kick at the end 🙂 The side of white cheddar Mac n cheese was such a strong choice to pair with the crispers, and it works so well. Creamy goodness in a bowl!!! I was able to swap my fries for a house salad and it was fresh, well balanced, and I feel like the perfect amount!!
Now to the real star of the night. Jenna was the absolute BEST waitress I’ve ever had the pleasure to dine with. She was SO attentive. Not just to me, but to everyone in her section. It was SUCH a busy night but she never let our glasses be empty and checked on us throughout the meal! She was so personable it truly felt so great to sit and actually enjoy my meal rather than feel rushed to quickly eat and leave. Is Jenna a manager? She should be. Make it happen please. She deserves it. My husband’s words were “holy crap she’s good” because he was about to finish a drink, and there she was with another.

I went to the Chili’s to go last night and got the triple dipper meal. By the end of that meal my face was covered in sauce, ranch was dripping from my fingers. I ate that meal good. The breading was perfectly crisp while the chicken was tender. And I got this heavenly experience for like 12 dollars. And the size of the meal is perfect for sharing. I got 6 tenders and 2 sliders. And there is a variety of sauces you can choose from but I
usually get the honey chipotle. I’m salivating just thinking about it. Chili’s owns my wallet at this point.

Nice ambiance, glad to start getting options in Saratoga Springs. We got led in by host and then seated. There were only 2 other families in there. After 20 minutes of no one even acknowledging us we asked if a waiter was going to come by. They said the waiter was just getting his things together. Couldn’t one of the other waiters have helped us instead of waiting for 20 minutes?? Food was fine, not worth the cost. Got the meant trio platter. The ribs were overdone and had way more bone than meat, the chicken crispers had good breading but the meat was chewy and not good, the sausage had too much heat that overpowered everything else. Street corn was over seasoned even though the seasoning would have been great in a more reasonable amount. Spinach and queso dip was great along with the fried pickles. Once our order was finally taken the food did come out quick. The best part is the chocolate lava cake and skillet cookie, delicious. I would go back for dessert but not for dinner.
