If you join the Chili’s rewards app, you get a free chips and salsa with each visit. I believe you have to purchase five dollars to receive the free chips and salsa but totally worth it. This chilies is very nice and clean. There was a good amount of seating. We were seated rather quickly. Our food was cooked correctly. It was very hot when we got it and it all tasted great. They’re 10.99 special going on right now is well worth it.

Food was cold, undercooked, poorly tasting. Poor presentation. Ordered carne asada, was missing tortillas. No utensils. Called when I got home and discovered the issues; manager said “Just to let you know, the carne asada here suck”.

No wait time. As always staff is super friendly, from host to waitress. Waitress very attentive and overall great. Drinks and food are always a great deal. Serving size is definitely smaller than past times, but that’s everywhere if they’re trying to keep prices low. Highly recommend this location!

I ordered the chicken crispers meals and it was pretty good. One tender did have a weird texture but overall my meal was good. The watermelon lemonade was amazing. Honestly one of the best lemonade I’ve ever had. The white cheddar Mac and cheese was good as well.

Very affordable!!! We order Chili’s to Go frequently and it’s less expensive than feeding my family (4 of us) McDonald’s! We order the 3 for me ($10 for the burger we like), which comes with a full size appetizer, side, and a drink! Our pick up order was 4 big burgers, 4 fries, 4 drinks, 2 large chips and salsa, 1 side salad, and 2 enchilada bowls of soup. My online account always offers free chips and salsa. Everything totalled $48, excluding the tip. This is easily 2 meals for my boys!

Our waitress was great. Our food runners were fast, efficient. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. The chicken was crispy. The new potato curly fries were bland. They need seasoning. Other than that, we had an awesome experience as usual. Carbondale IL has a great service too. To go was a great experience during Covid.

This place is hit or miss sometimes the food and service is great and other times not so great. Last two visits were both after 9pm on a Saturday night a week apart one week service was slow and food was mediocre and the next week ot was great. Same with curb side every other time it’s great.

Came here 4/23/23…. Worst experience ever going to Chili’s…. Racist!.. slow service. And Disgusting Food! From the very beginning the hostess (young skinny blonde haired girl) came off terrified and hostile and tried to sit us in a area we weren’t comfortable in. Our waitress Briana or she goes by the name Bri is extremely hostile and racist. The food we ordered we ended up not getting it but all the Caucasian people that came after us did. We only got our appetizer that was it. We asked for the manager Katie or Kaitlyn. she refused to come and speak to us until we decided we wanted to just leave then she decided to compensate us for the hell they put us through. Just don’t consider this location. Never coming back here ever!
