My visit here was great! Took my son n daughter out to eat and they were happy the whole time along with myself. Was some days ago now, but I believe my servers name was Sean (excuse me if I’m wrong).. was pleasant, friendly and on point the whole time. I never got that ‘omg when usbthe food coming’ feeling either. My baby girls food came out first along with our appetizer (who doesn’t love a good cheese pull?!?!) And our food came out not too long after. Asked for medium steak and it was indeed medium so extra stars for that ✨️ lol.. overall a happy visit. My 4 yo daughter loved playing the games on the table top device and even got up to dance for a little bit while waiting on us to eat so I know she was satisfied Will be back!

First of all, if you need a place to eat from, go to Chilis IMMEDIATELY. Not just for the food, but for the excellent service. I came today with my friend for Valentine’s day, and had Abby as the server. She was nothing short of amazing. She talked to us, helped us pick out options, and was very fast with delivering food. Overall great experience, highly recommend asking for Abby as your server.

My wife and I stopped in to have dinner. The food, as usual, was very good, but I did want to mention that one of the managers I believe his name was Chris stop by and check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. He was incredible And a tremendous representative for your organization. I did notice he was going around to other tables to check on the other families. You just don’t see customer service like that anymore. It’s a throwback. . I would highly recommend going to this restaurant. We will return more often because of him.

If you join the Chili’s rewards app, you get a free chips and salsa with each visit. I believe you have to purchase five dollars to receive the free chips and salsa but totally worth it. This chilies is very nice and clean. There was a good amount of seating. We were seated rather quickly. Our food was cooked correctly. It was very hot when we got it and it all tasted great. They’re 10.99 special going on right now is well worth it.

Hi! I took my adult son to Chili’s to celebrate his birthday with my whole family. We had server, Tori; she was OUTSTANDING!! Her positive attitude, easy-going nature, attentiveness, and personable personality really made for a GOOD time at the restaurant. She and her coworker, Livvy, took a drink (non-alcoholic) I asked for and made it BETTER! (It’s a cranberry and Dr. Pepper! DELICIOUS!!!) The manager, Jonathon, also checked on us and managed the restaurant with integrity and kindness . I will definitely go back! My family consisted of elders and young adults and children under 9 years old. Everyone got what they needed…no matter how many times we asked Tori to get one more thing . WE HAD A GREAT TIME!!!

Do not place a to go order. You will wait forever. You can hear the girl yelling in kitchen. Whole kitchen just jokes around and doesn’t care they are getting yelled at because people are waiting 15 plus minutes. Avoid at all costs. Or replace the useless staff. Carryout girl is great though. Nothing she could do about useless kitchen staff.

Had a wonderful experience at Chili’s in New Lenox IL tonight due to both the excellent service we received from our waiter Shawn and the delicious food. Shawn always smiled every time he approached our table and was very friendly; nice to feel like someone DOESN’T hate their job, very hard to find nowadays! Will definitely be back.

As soon as we were greeted by Colin at the table, the second thing that he said was to “keep in mind that we close in 8 minutes.” We were like, REALLY??? I mean, HOW INCREDIBLY RUDE!!! Google said that they closed st 10 pm, not at 9:30 pm!!! Needless to say, we’ll NEVER be back!!! We’ve had problems with the service at this location before, but we’ve given them a couple of years to get better, but they haven’t.
My word of advice? Save yourself the time & trouble and go elsewhere!!! There are a lit of better choices in New Lenox!!!
