Everything was great! This was such a welcomed surprise since our last 2 visits at a different Chili’s was absolutely horrible. We were greeted and seated with a smile! Waitress was very friendly and attentive . The food came out in a very reasonable time and was absolutely delicious.

Possibly one of if not the worst service you can imagine. This place was not even at all busy and it took 10 minutes to get seated. So we took menu’s ourselves and decided to look through it. Well we got our drink orders and appetizer in and that took 10 minutes if not longer to get to our table. All we got we mozzarella sticks and they were huge and not full of cheese. My mom ordered the ribs, and the sauce was not BBQ sauce. It was ketchup mixed with brown sugar. I ordered the chicken quesadila and it had absolutely no cheese. The staff it’s self were not that pleasant. We had to ask a runner for another drink order. Definitely will not be recommending this place. If I could give zero stars I would.

Just left there. We waited for 20 minutes without anyone coming to get drink order or anything. The guy who sat us came walking by as we were leaving and I just told him since no one had helped us we were going elsewhere and all he said was “oh yeah, sorry about that.”

after placing my take out order, i had to wait over 30 minutes to receive my food even though the restaurant was not busy at all. nobody came to update me on why it was slow and instead even avoided me when i came up to the desk to try to get someone’s attention to ask why it was so slow.

We went to Chili’s near Southpoint Mall for my daughter’s 10th birthday dinner party with family. We made wonderful memories!!! Prompt reception, awesome waitress, clean restrooms, nice delivery/ presentation of food (see pics), excellent presentation and delivery of “lava cake”. Wide variety to chose from their menu and they do have separate kids menu with ‘fresh’ fruits. Nice… isn’t it! Ziosk on your table is helpful to pay and use coupons from phone… and so on. Overall we had a great experience and we will go back here again!!!
