So I always have issues with paying for extra dipping sauce and not ever receiving them. So I call after I place my order, should have 5 sauces, talk to them please don’t forget them, no problem they will be there with an extra. Wait an hour, pizza get here, absolutely no extra sauces. Listen this is even why I called. I’m told sorry what would u like me to do? I would like the sauce that is paid for, they gave me a $4 credit, wow.

The pizza was so delicious, fresh and HOT! I was greeted immediately walking in the door and everyone said thank you and have a great night when leaving. Everyone had a wonderful attitude and seemed to be enjoying their job with smiles on their faces. My food was ready fast and everything was there. This was my family’s first time trying hungry howies and I’m so glad we did. The delivery was fast, the driver was very polite. We usually go to dominos but decided to try something new and boy was it worth it! The wings were nice and crisp with such good flavor. The 3 cheese bread that came with it was amazing too! The pizza? cooked perfectly, tasted fresh, nice flavors, just enough sauce. Overall, this was a great experience and we are so glad we chose to try it out. I’m not sure if all hungry howies are as good as this location, but they definitely exceeded my expectations. Will be back for our next pizza night!!

A actually use to enjoy the food here. But a recent incident made my not want to return. Ordered online, and one if the items I ordered was a salad. I was sick so I sent someone to get it for me. When they arrived after the quoted time, the order wasn’t ready. They held off in making my order, because they were out of the salad. The employee then said they where unable to refund the order. Even as the manager was trying to explain how to do it. Left the restaurant and was planning to take it up, with the bank. At this point my phone started ringing and when I answered said it was the manager, offered his apologies, refunded the order and said he was gonna give me a 20 dollar credit, to keep my business. Well today I went to use that credit and suprise, it wasn’t there. I don’t expect a lot from fast food, but I am annoyed as to why the manager called to correct the issue, if he didn’t plan on following through. There seems to be a serious decline in customer service at this location. Don’t get me wrong the people are nice, but don’t seem to know what they are doing. Unfortunately I spent a year working at a hh pizza. Not all that hard to master

We really like their pizza. I loved that the associate who helped me suggested that I buy a larger size because it was actually less expensive than the one that I originally wanted.
