I enjoy eating at Burger King and like the selections on the menu that appeal to my particular pescatarian and vegetarian diet! Recently my son was telling me that Burger King has been making an amazing effort to serve food that is preservative free. We both found that to be very impressive. Today my son said Mom let’s try out the preservative free Fish Sandwich at Burger King. He got me two sandwiches and for himself a Fish Sandwich and a Whopper! The food was delicious!

I can’t give better stars then this at this location because of the terrible service I have had here in the past. However I can say that this particular time the food was better and the service was getting better. In the recent past this particular Place was terrible and customer service was horrible and the food was not up to par as far as I am concerned. But like I said I think that it is getting better with better employees then a few months ago and better customer service. I will give them a try a few more times just to make sure before I give them a better review. As for now all I can say is they are getting better. The Impossible Burger was really good this time!

I frequent this Burger King often but I will never go here again bc the woman that works the drive thru has such a nasty attitude. If you don’t want to work there go some where else. My wife and I ordered a meal through your online application. When we received our meal, two of the items were incorrect, and we were told we had to wait for a manager to resolve the issue. One of the sandwiches was remade, however the whopper sandwich had no cheese with onions. What was ordered was a whopper with cheese, NO onions! I have an onion allergy, therefore this is a bigger issue than it appears. The resolution was to either get a debit refund on the sandwich which would take weeks to receive, or to slap a piece of cheese on a wrapper to put cheese on it myself…. then charge us for the cheese! This has to be the worst Burger King experience I have ever encountered. Even to the point that we will not be returning to this restaurant branch any longer. To add insult to injury, the food was wasn’t hot like it normally would be. The patties were like rubber… If we were not with our hungry 6 year old daughter, I would have “respectfully ” spoken my mind to your under qualified manager, then walked out without touching this disgusting debacle of a meal. 0 stars for this location! 9200 US Hwy 19, Port Richey Fl

Store at Ridge and Little Road in Port Richey is grossly understaffed on a consistent basis. 20 minutes for a dbl cheeseburger and onion ring..this is 3rd time coming here. Won’t be back..

We went her a few weeks ago and they didn’t make the sandwich’s correctly so they said we’d replace them so when we go back to have them replaced they give an old cold chicken sandwich!!! Don’t bother wasting your time at this location do to the one on 52 always fresh and hot

They need to put a sign that is more visible on the road there. The sign to have now is pretty well hidden. I don’t see the scienteer going past it, then you have to turn around and come back

My son and grandson went to Burger King Tonite, we had the nicest , polite girl take care of us, I believe her name is Suly, even my grandson who is 9 yrs old commented on how nice she was. Very professional, big smile on her face, hats off Suly!
