Great service and food. I did witness employees getting mistreated inside by customers. It’s sad how fast food workers get treated, and I hope Chick-fil-A managers stick up for their employees! Also, walking out of the restaurant, I hear a customer using profanity at the workers. This makes me sick to my stomach! These are people just trying to make a living. I hope Chick-fil-A takes good care of all of their employees. Thank you, Chick-fil-A Riverside, for always being kind!

Last night, my husband decided to get the family chick-fil-A. It’s been a long time since we’ve visited this location. The fries weren’t fresh…. And my Market salad was missing dressing, almonds, the harvest nut granola, and utensils. In addition, no straws were given for any of our drinks. I know things were probably extremely busy. However, finding all of these things missing was so inconvenient. And calling the store was unsuccessful…. The phone just kept ringing. My husband drove back 10 min just to get the missing items. So, by the time he got back home, his food wasn’t enjoyable. Just disappointed all around.

Worst drive thru line. The entire line blocks most of the stop signs in the plaza and people just have to awkwardly navigate around it. They need to set up cones or try to guide the line in a better way so it doesn’t mess up the entire traffic flow of the plaza. If you plan to go here, be aware of the awkward stares you’ll get from blocking traffic

Food was delicious. It’s a little tricky maneuvering into the drive thru, but they do a great job of keeping the line flowing. Come in from the west side for easier orientation into the drive thru line. It’s backed up usually so this will make it easier

Always come here for a nice quick lunch. Lines are short-moderate long for lunch rush (1120-1230). Fries were okay, like they were Cooked hours ago (only had that happened like twice only). Good on management for having fans out! It’s getting hotter so it’s nice they take care of their employees.

This location just reopened after a lengthy renovation. They had made the building more narrow to be able to accommodate two drive-thru lanes on the side. But, those lanes still become one when you get to the back of the building. So, the service is still slow. I waited 45 minutes, and I had a Mobile order. The app told me that the dining room was closed, so I had to join the drive-thru line. It was such a waste time. There is absolutely no need to mobile order if you just get in the drive-thru. The food is always good here, so I will be going back. The next time I go I will go inside for my mobile order, because the dining room is open. I saw a lot of people come and go from inside while I waited in the drive-thru.

Waited over 50 minutes for the drive thru. Even with their new double wide lanes the line stretches past Ono Hawaiian. None of the workers had a sense of urgency.

I love Chick-fil-A, but I wasn’t near my normal location that I typically visit and dropped by this location for breakfast since I had been in the area. I had ordered a bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich combo and when I got to work I opened up my sandwich to only find bacon. ☠️. It is what it is. Didn’t exactly get my money’s worth. For that reason I have to give this place a 3.
