Was able to get the chicken biscuit but then also add a biscuit without meat too. Not too long to wait either. The girl was helpful and polite Whoops, I had to amend this review slightly because after I opened up the biscuit with no sausage, I saw that it was smothered in butter. I can’t or won’t eat that. The chicken biscuit doesn’t have all that butter does it? Anyway, no biscuit for me today. Next I’ll ask for egg, maybe cheese, no butter if possible.

Ordered curbside through the mobile app and encountered the first ever rude Chick Fil A employee. Which was whatever, sometimes people have a bad day however when I arrived home the fries were not cooked, and I was missing the 4 ranches that were supposed to come with my spicy deluxe and french fries, and the chick fil a sauces that were supposed to come with 30 nuggets. The staff is amazingly polite and always hold the door open even when it is more than inconvenient. I sometime run inside because I feel bad as to how long they would have to wait! As far as the food, it is Chick-fil-A. Not better not worse, as expected. Sometimes I go there just to meet up with someone else, not purchasing anything, and they are just as polite and accommodating. It is truly a nice experience both as a consumer and a passer by.

the store is very good, the team super formal, but if you go to the ladies’ room you find that there is no soap to wash your hands. My question is when your employees go to the bathroom do they return to work without washing their hands? And so they manipulate the food we eat?

Love Chickfila, never had issues at this location.. until today. My southwest salad had a FEW bugs in it and they were big enough that washing the lettuce would have rinsed it. I know kids work here and things happen but most dissapointed with how the manager handled it. He just gave me my money back and offered no restitution for me having ate who knows what He kept saying they have a thourough process for washing lettuce.. clearly. Im disgusted. Quietly took my refund and left, no apetite.

I am impressed by how well the handle the drive-through traffic even when there is a rush there. They’ve multiple people who go out many cars deep in the queue so the wait time seems shorter. Well done management there!

The only real flaw here is the parking lot that’s too small for the shopping center and too many spots reserved for Chick-fil-A pickup. COVID is over so these aren’t needed any more.
