I ordered the buy one get one for $1. last time I got a Spicy McChicken, when I asked for the regular McChicken. So this time I specified and the person at the window said what you are asking for is the Mc Crispy… ok whatever… only to find out the McCrispy is $5.39 first off… the sorry attempt and a Chick-fil-a chicken sandwich was awful, and not worth $5 or even $1. I receive a barley warm patty with two pickle stacked on top of each other. The sandwich was so old the pickles saturated the breading on the chicken patty. So I didn’t get my sandwich AND I was charged another $4 for a sandwich that was inedible, I threw it out! There goes my $5 and my lunch 🙁

Sitting here right now waiting on food. Whole restaurant is filthy. Not a single clean table in the place. Manager is sitting right across from me on her computer chatting with employees about schedules. Nobody even attempting to clean the restaurant.

Went thru the drive through. People that cannot speak up should not be working the drive through. Food was just okay, warm at best. And guess what? We have to pay more to cover their 15 – 18 dollar minimum wage and the quality of food goes down. My dogs liked the nuggets though

Mobile ordering system was not being received in the store. After 5 min waiting in the curbside spot I went in and showed them the order that was nowhere to be found in their system. I had to show them my phone for employees to fill the order.

Food was prepared well. Fast service. Woman that took our order and also handed it to us was very polite and friendly. Very clean area. Easy in and out especially if you have an rv with vehicle attached. Limited in restaurant seating at this time. Play area was closed off as well.

Decided to stop by here today in between work and was pleased with how well maintained and clean McDonalds was. Additionally, the staff and customer service acting in superior fashion and provided my take out order very quickly. If you’re in the area, stop by and purchase your lunch with reasonable quickness and satisfaction.

I had a door dash order from this location I pulled up to the drive though no one answered. So I proceeded to drive up to the window again no one was there so I drove over to the parking lot to call customer support. (Assuming they might’ve been closed I was trying to cancel the order) but on my way over to the parking lot I seen a worker inside so I thought oh maybe they aren’t closed. So I then went ahead and drove through the drive through same thing happened again. so when I I pulled up the the drive through window the WHOLE team was at the window laughing at me and completely ignoring me as I was trying to tell them I am picking up a door dash order. A worker then took all the receipts and crumbled them up in his hands right in front of me and threw them away and proceeded to laugh. So I left and parked in the parking lot to cancel the customers order. The workers eventually walked out and said nothing to me…and just laughed as they walked passed me in my car. I looked up the McDonald’s I was at on google after all of this and had seen they closed at 10pm and I was there around 10:20 maybe? So I understand they were closed and door dash shouldn’t be placing orders after a store has closed. BUT that doesn’t make how the workers handled this any better…extremely unprofessional, and extremely childish. Worst service I’ve ever experienced in the service industry. Highly recommend going to a different location in my opinion.

This McDonalds in particular has regularly really rude people at the drive through… Usually taking payment and orders. The rudest McDonald’s I’ve been to along the Colorado Front Range area. It really makes you want to avoid the place.
