I normally never eat at the Olive Garden however I was so glad I did this time I actually had choices I could vacillate from because I don’t eat meat and sometimes the options are narrow. The restaurant was really family oriented and the service was impeccable. The manager came over and greeted all of her customers and it was a full house this was July 1,2023 I don’t remember her name but I remember how wonderful she was the waiter always checked in and the food was seasoned wonderfully. Going here actually changed my perspective of the Olive Garden.

The service was 10/10. Server checked in every 10 minutes to refill and provide freshly warm bread. Everything was cooked perfectly. The plates came out hot and the taste of freshness is there. 2 different managers were constantly walking around and checking in as well and asking if we were good.

Very nice staff . There was an older Karen across from our table rushing the waiter to serve their salad and tried to grab it from him. He handled the situation very well in spite of the circumstances.He even gave us a free dessert for the inconvenience. The hostess even gave us a $15 card for the inconvenience. This staff and that waiter should definitely get a raise! They were amazing to us. We love you guys! Hey waiter guy you’re Amazing as you are! You are definitely a success! Also anyone reading this please be patient with any customer service staff. Unless it’s ridiculously unreasonable like 3 hours or something like that. They are working their buttons off for you and other customers as well. If they accidentally forget something politely remind them and be patient.dont be rude.If you’re so impatient and are in a rush order online and prep beforehand.Dont take it out on the staff.

Haven’t been in years and I remember why. The waitress, Melanie was curt and rushed (not to mention her hair was a mess and her nails were terrible) she rushed us through our order, then got it wrong servered a FROZEN piece of tiramisu I tried to overcharge us. They really need to learn to train their staff there. This is all leadership. It’d be one thing if it was an instant very rarely occurs, but this happens every time I come here. Which is only 2 times a year at best for this exact reason. Get it together leadership!

Decided to have “Italian” for lunch today. No crowd, fast service but, my food was just okay! I wasn’t crazy about my spaghetti. Very simple, I could have cooked it myself and give it a WOW taste. But, it was simple & hot so I can’t complain too much. My raspberry drink was very good though.
