Went through the drive thru with my husband and came home to see my nuggets had something resembling a clump of hair in them!!!! Such an inconvenience that we have to drive all the way back just to have our food remade when this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. I get mistakes happen, but that clump is huge! How did no one see that?

Did not dine in. I ordered on my app and picked up inside. Friendly. Very busy. Would be great if they had bench seating in the pickup area because the wait was a bit long (probably because they are so popular ☺️). I had a chicken sandwich, it was very good. The lemonade was good, maybe a little too much pulp for my liking.

I’m frustrated with my experience tonight. We did a mobile order for dinner and got home to find we were missing an entree (chick-fil-a sandwich), my child’s milk and straws. This is the second time in a month this has happened. My family loves your food, and I love the convenience of mobile ordering, but you need to get the orders right.

This store is very confusing, like they have their own environment. I did a mobile order w/curbside pickup which they don’t have so I got in the mobile order line where you have to ck. in using the QR symbol , which I already had done on the mobile app. When I got to the window they couldn’t figure out my order so they sent me to VIP parking where I waited for 15 min. Finally someone came and said I needed to go inside. A supervisor helped, got my order and gave me a gift card & apologized. She said I may or may not have been charged. I looked at my chick filet account and there was my order but I wasn’t charged. It all seemed to revolve around the fact I didn’t check in with the QR code. I will avoid this store in the future.

I haven’t had a pleasant experience at this store since it moved from across the street. from the huge pothole at the beginning of the entrance, overdone fries, forgotten about, too hectic. I’m going to start driving further to another location.

The customer service has gone extremely down hill. Twice my order was wrong. Missed items. Associates no longer check the orders they simply just shove the bag to you and not read the order back. They are not as cheerful as they use to be.

Fast food. Need I say more? But this restaurant is run pretty well. My daughter and I like to come here for the soft serve ice cream. I like the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich combo. The staff is very nice and responsive, and the food always seems to be freshly prepared. I normally don’t give more than 3 stars for fast food, but I’ll make an exception for this restaurant.

We always have our order messed up in drive through. My suggestion is for those taking the order to listen carefully and repeat the order to us to make sure the order is correct before we get to pick up the order up front. 3X we had to wait half an hour for the right order to be processed after waiting in line. Not cool.

I just want to say i purchased 3 chicken sandwich i can’t believe there was a single pickle for the price customer paid for his sandwich is unacceptable your competitors i least had 2 pickles it’s a thought disappointing . But great business need to be at least more topping for the priceof the sandwich .
